CONNECT WOMEN at Sensirion

Recently we welcomed 40 female postdoc and PhD students for a day in Stäfa. The young women attended various workshops on topics such the gap between academia to industry, career opportunities and female role models, and were given a company presentation and tour. The day ended with a get-together. The female students are accompanied by various Sensirion female colleagues.
The 40 female students are participants in the "CONNECT - Connecting Women's Careers in Academia and Industry" project. Sensirion is working with CONNECT as part of the diversity initiative. The aim is to inspire and encourage highly qualified women from the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) to plan and develop their career.
