Some more information may have to do with the Heist when you capture the one guy in the Pacific Job (Name forgotten, sorry) mention a heist in the Main Story, pretty sure it was the Union Depository, correct me If Im wrong. The GTA 3D universe is different from the HD universe. So all the games after GTA SA do not take place in the same universe as the HD universe (GTA 4 and on). Just because they pay an homage to the 3D characters doesn't mean they're canon in that universe, as he said in the video. Also some people believe that Niko is dead because in the heist mission they say he's gone "silent". Remember he wanted to leave the life of crime. Of course he would stop rampaging.
The only exception may be the Johnson brothers from Grove Street as the Families still exist, the Ballas and Vagos are still there, but CJ and Sweet are gone. In a mission they shout at you that they're dead and the house you go at it's pretty much the old Johnson house.

I don't think GTA 4 AND 3 are diffrent universe as you mentioned, because there are dialog reference to gta san andreas in gta 5 thus Claude who's in gta 3 and sanandrease must be in same universe as gta 5; thus gta 4 universe too since jhonny from gta 4 gets killed in gta 5.

I mean after you do the choice you pick you will get phone calls, emails, or even texts from people in shock of what happend, sad, angry at you, ect... so It's an interesting thought, but would be probably very boring since their would be no point in missions since you have dozens of millions of dollars, and it wouldn't really work because they constantly state throughout the game "once were done, we'll all go our separate ways".

I Believe the last mission of GTA V has two names. The first one is Deathwish and the other one can be choosen from three: Something Sensible (Kill Trevor), Time's Come (Kill Michael), The Third Way (Save Them both)

I also killed micheal even in not the end mission because when trevor and micheal went to trevor home town (desert) an di notice that trevor location is very close to micheal so i just *KILLED HIM* by cheat code that give you rpg and then boom (he just spawned at the hospital)
Different universes make no sense even though it's confirmed. Reasons -Claude speed and Catalina are both In gta sa. At the end of the mission "Farewell,my love..." Catalina says something about moving to liberty city. Plus, compare both claudes... They look a like. -Claude could've been killed by playboy x. Based on the fact that lazlow is in nearly every GTA, we could assume R* made the connections and then made the statement that it's different universes. -The ballas and family's are in GTAV. Ballas have control of grove street. -The gta 4 map is seemingly the same as gta 3 except no Portland.
Freddy Guarino Claude and Catalina are in the 3D universe. So is GTA 3 and SA, the games they appear in. Claude can't be in GTA IV because GTA IV is in the HD universe. His outfit in GTA IV is simply an easter egg. Lazlow is in every GTA because he is a radio host who is a valuable Rockstar employee who plays himself in game and is never physically seen in a GTA game until GTA 5. GTA 5 is in the HD universe and GTA SA the 3D. That's why Grove Street and the map is different. Same goes for GTA 3 and 4.

Im not totally sure but i think Rockstar said HD series (Gta4-5) and OLD series(3-VC-SA) are existing different universes.

I know this old, but how can the 3d universe and hd universe not be connected. First, Los Santos appears in gta san andreas and 5. Not to mention the ballas members and other supports.

I Believe the last mission of GTA V has two names. The first one is Deathwish and the other one can be choosen from three: Something Sensible (Kill Trevor), Time's Come (Kill Michael), The Third Way (Save Them both)

Young Snake It's been years since I got that far in GTA4, but from what I remember, he was the only member of the Pegorino crime family to have any common sense and was actually pretty nice to Nico, right? Tommy, CJ, Claude and all that are not dead because there are three universes, 1. 2D Universe (GTA 1, GTA 2, GTA London), 2. 3D Universe (III, Vice City, San Andreas, LC Stories, VC Stories) and 3. HD Universe (IV, TLAD, Ballad Gay Tony, V, etc..........)
I also killed micheal even in not the end mission because when trevor and micheal went to trevor home town (desert) an di notice that trevor location is very close to micheal so i just *KILLED HIM* by cheat code that give you rpg and then boom (he just spawned at the hospital)

Different universes make no sense even though it's confirmed. Reasons
-Claude speed and Catalina are both In gta sa. At the end of the mission "Farewell,my love..." Catalina says something about moving to liberty city. Plus, compare both claudes... They look a like.
-Claude could've been killed by playboy x. Based on the fact that lazlow is in nearly every GTA, we could assume R* made the connections and then made the statement that it's different universes.
-The ballas and family's are in GTAV. Ballas have control of grove street.
-The gta 4 map is seemingly the same as gta 3 except no Portland.
Freddy Guarino Claude and Catalina are in the 3D universe. So is GTA 3 and SA, the games they appear in.
Claude can't be in GTA IV because GTA IV is in the HD universe. His outfit in GTA IV is simply an easter egg. Lazlow is in every GTA because he is a radio host who is a valuable Rockstar employee who plays himself in game and is never physically seen in a GTA game until GTA 5.
GTA 5 is in the HD universe and GTA SA the 3D. That's why Grove Street and the map is different. Same goes for GTA 3 and 4.
