- One of the least talked about tanks added with the new WT update is the Japanese CTWV RCV squadron vehicle. This is a wheeled IFV / Scout with an elevating sight and 30mm Bushmaster cannon. Unfortunately, the 30mm Bushmaster is not very good in this game, and this is only made more evident with a lack of anti-tank missiles.

I BEG spookston, play the fiat 6614.
It has over 20mm of pen, can go faster then 3kmh, and can shoot over small piles of rubble without exposing itself
a .50 cal has like 30mms of pen, pathetic!

Actually the .50 cal spotting rifle on the FIAT 6614 and some other stuff has a max pen of 7mm

You know which autocannon DOESN'T suck? The 20mm on the Sd.Kfz. 140/1, which can now fire infinitely when on a capture point.

@@humzaakhtar9208 yep, the low tier 2cm german flak (FlkPz I, FlkPz 38, SdKfz 140/1, SdKfz 222) all get inside a capture point a faster ammo resupply rate than their effective fire rate, allowing you to ultimately fire unlimited rounds as long as you stand perfectly still (or move slow enough to not stop the cap point resupply)
Thanks to the reloading of your used ammo mechanic in the cap points, plus how fast the SD.Kfz. reload speed of the ammo is, you replenish the ammo belts as soon as you shoot the 20mm.

They still haven't fixed it? It can actually fire infinitely and the rounds hits *HARD* on biplanes and early monoplanes.

The sight also acts a a defence mechanism against predatory MBTs. It uses it to make itself look bigger and more threatening than it actually is.

I will say this with every video with the CTWV I’ve watched, but they really should’ve enabled the commanders sight to its full height of 8+ meters. It makes it really unique and gives it a reason for people to grind it. Also it’s funny. And for those saying it makes it unbalanced(somehow) it’s literally a giant beacon that just states “I am right here”.

You really have to try this tank, its the FV4202 a british medium tank that is very modern for its br because its an early prototype of the chieftain, it uses the 20 pounder gun which is pretty good and its really fun (day 27)

Day 18 of telling spookston to play the IT1. its a ATGM launcher on the t62 chassis, it has decent-ish mobility, the turret is squished. You can hide behind cover and shoot ATGM over the cover like a gremlin and you overpressure tanks (tho it can be rare, but it does happen without you realizing) and its MG is really werid. Also it has a cool reload animation.

The CCWV RCV have kinda good survivability and the funny camera, it's a pretty solid support vehicle and it can be really good in case of good flank

Considering how this ifv looks like the most hardcore command vehicle with that radar and telescopic sight, it would be nice to have leadership bonus to nearby allies or faster capturing times, arty calldown times, something like that.

I personally have not had issues with thr 30mm but it def is a challenge to use. Liek you said the other bushmasters work great but the 30mm is wonky.
I want to see you re-review the new upadated 2S38 and PUMAs after that got all the new updated internals. They feel a lot more balanced now, still not perfect but a lot better. Also a video on the new custom sights and your thoughts on them would be cool to see.
Yeah no. The worst autocannon must be on the BMP-3 (BR-wise). Slow rate of fire, horribly innacurate and terrible APDS...and constant uptiers. The saving grace of the BMP-3 are the missiles which make it usable.
And they accuse gaijin of Russia bias lol
The rate of fire isnt that terrible, 330 rounds per minute is still better than every Bushmaster (201 rounds per minute).
Everything else is right though.
@@bzorf5984 It's not that bad across the board...however compared to other BMPs it's really bad.
It doesn't get darts for some reason which is another problem and the belts are 1 HE round every 3 APDS rounds...which makes aiming really annoying since the HE hits the ground and obscures your vision or tricks you into thinking you're aiming wrong. It also does no damage and screws you over.
I think the CTWV RCV is really annoying to fight and downright broken in full downtiers. The spall liners make it absolutely random whether you kill it first shot or not.
The Bushmaster is a really good autocannon at it's BR with the darts.
You know what isn’t terrible? The Swedish 75mm on the pvkv II. Please give some love to the Swedish bobble head
A pity that they disallow it to properly extend the mast and use it for scouting. Idk, I don't feel like it'll be broken because 1)scout drones exist; 2)it's in japanese tech tree; 3)Derivatsiya is still at its BR so Gaijin clearly doesn't care.
Warrior gun is pretty awful as well. Same 30mm as fox with poor mobility and no armour. Does have missiles though
yea the milan used to be decent, but honestly since the atgm nerf it's so hard to defend the warrior x)

the cv9030 with this autocannon is honestly my favorite tank in the game, its really fun to play and be an absolute gremlin

try the Fiat/Ansaldo M11/39. It has everything low tier Italy has to offer. Bad armor, bad speed. The 37mm gun has APHE, but its casemated. Best of luck. (attempt 28)

Funnily enough even 35mm from gepard can kill IT-1 by what I remember. You just need to hit the top of the turret, I think you might remember the shot with WZ305 when the shot skimmed the top and it killed the crew so yea its not utterly hard to get through it

Day 6 of asking spookston to play the ab 205 a-1, I think it's probably the worst starting helicopter (although it's fast and fun to use) due to the lack of atgms that other helicopters get at the same tier. It also only has 14 mighty mouse rockets in total, (other starting heils get a lot more) you also get two 7.62 mini guns which cant be used to kill anything thats not open top or with really thin armor.
DAY7 of asking spookston to make an nuke challenge wiht any tank he want but every time he get hit by a shot or an mg round he have to leave the tank he is driving.

We've already had basically every single casemate superheavy video, including T95, Jagdtiger, and Tortoise but the Foch is absent. I think it's time to change that.

Day 31 of asking Spookston to play the Sho’t Kal Dalet, because why not play a Centurion that can face 10.0s? Its mobility is deeply mediocre and its only saving graces are having thermals, sabot, and a laser rangefinder, which means playing it like a goober is asking to suffer.

Day 83 of asking Spookston to play the TAM 8.7 in the german tech tree. The reason is that the TAM is believed to be overpowered, but we must see why from an expert. Its also 8.7 so you see no 10.0 tanks
I honestly haven't had issues with the 30mm bushmaster on the various CV90 versions that use it - you just need to not try to engage anything frontally and be a total rat and then it's fine :D
