- This might be the best 2 Bed in Brooklyn because it’s SO CHEAP. The apartment was 100% renovated, has laundry, and the total cost is so low i might just rent this affordable nyc apartment for myself. What I'm beginning to really appreciate more are the neighborhoods in the outer boroughs along with the many "mom & pop" shops that they have! I've sickened of the endless big corporate concerns that you see all over Manhattan proper. Both apartments in this video were quite nice and affordable!

I love that both apartments were completely remodeled; with all new windows & finishes. This is the kind of landlord that I like. Washer/dryer in unit is a Fabulous plus. I have no complaints.

Worked as a NYC RE agent in the 90s, not sure if I want to get back to it but Cash makes the job look more attractive.
No parking, know it WELL. NOTHING to see there, trust me. But the subway goes to Coney Island. Crazy beach. Nice bathroom.

The second apartment for me! The first one is nice but you can tell a room with a bay window has been divided in an odd way.
Cash, that was one nice-looking pen you were using at 8:35. I'm glad to see that even though you're a computer/camera/technology person you were using a nice old-fashioned writing instrument. I looked several times and I think your pen is a ball-point or maybe a gel pen. I like Brooklyn, but only been there once. 4 Canadian girls on a road trip. It's a thing, we love driving. Before I met hubby I did a lot of road trips. I can't roam the roads like I used to but Cash gives us NYC tours almost everyday! That was a nice building. Totally different lifestyle but fun to watch. Well, back out to the veggie garden.

Both really nice apartments with beautiful finishes. I love the marble in particular. I'd say the second one is the better layout because it has more open and usable space
Liked the first one. Was especially glad to see the kitchen in a seperate area and not hanging off one of the living room walls. It even had a window.

"Kings Highway ....not really much of a highway...." spoken like someone who has never driven east on KH. Once you get past Nostrand Avenue, KH has more curves than a pinup model.

Best bang for your buck than anything else I've seen so far!
I like the second one better. The set up is less fussy (the angles in that first one make for some challenges!) and the kitchen is open to the living area, so it feels bigger. That said, they're both really nice. I like running errands with you - it's informative. Also, Target actually has a decent variety of shavers.
Very nice places for the $; both the kitchens and bathrooms definitely surpass some of the Manhattan apts. you've shown. The soap dispensers were kinda thrilling ;) Darth Vader cup cracked me up---the Evil Empire indeed...

That style of sleeper sofa/love seats were very popular in the late 1970’s/early ‘80’s. I know as I bought a sleeper sofa very similar in 1980!

Great apartments for the price! Beautiful new finishes in both kitchens and baths, plus laundry in unit! Yeah, bedrooms in #1 are a bit wonky, but it wouldn't ruin it for me!

I like the view of the first apartment with the mid-rise apartment buildings and the small park. The apartment building at the opposite site can easily be from the early 1900's so it already has some age to it and is nice to look at. But on the other hand I do like the open plan kitchen of the 2nd apartment better, there are no strange angles in the bedrooms either.
I'm from CT as well Cash, I also realized that I was never going to stay in CT and moved to Boston instead of NYC.

Kings Highway is one of the oldest streets in Brooklyn. It is a long street .But not the longest. It starts in Bensonhurst and ends in Brownsville area near Brookdale Hospital. Where you was in the Gravesend area near Midwood. I use to live near the F train (Avenue X) . That part of Kings Highway where you were it is a decent area. Those apts should go fast.
When it comes to Best Buy I like the Best Buy in Bensonhurst. It is on Bay Parkway in the Caesar's Bay shopping center.
