  • I had the opportunity to chauffeur a group from UK through Killarney's backcountry via canoe and then out in Georgian Bay on Phillip Edward Island by kayak and paddle board. I was working for Killarney Outfitters at the time and all of the gear, boats and well me - was provided by Killarney Outfitters.
The couple in the video won the trip through a travel magazine in UK and Dave Cornthwaite accompanied them on the trip - also from the UK (check out his RUclips - / @davecornthwaite ) .
This video was filmed in August of 2018.

Possibly! What topics would you be interested in learning more about?

@@WildCanoes I'm a super beginner (haven't been backcountry camping yet but hopefully planning to go to Killarney this summer!) so anything from how to plan your trip to packing essentials and tips?

Sweet, I’ll do some thinking and see if I can come up with something! Thanks for the suggestion and for watching! Good luck with getting a booking at Killarney!! ☺️

Loved seeing all the wildlife, especially the photogenic mink. That is pretty cool that you get to chauffeur people from the UK in your job.

Thanks Nathan! I was so excited to have been chosen to take these people around somewhere that I grew up paddling. And yes! That mink wouldn't leave haha, even sat and ate a frog in front of us!
