1) Chicken
2) Onion
3) Garlic
4) Tomato
5) Black pepper kernals
6) Ginger
7) Salt
8) Red chilli powder
9) Turmeric
10) Coriander powder
11) Garam masala

I too would always use the Vermont Apple curry sauce as my base for making Japanese style curry! Ono! Delicious! Then I would add the corn starch slurry to help thicken the curry.
