This dude in the video needs to use Lews Hypermag Magesoum baitcaster or Team Lews Ti and then see if he still tallks $h!t. Shimano has its own. So does Lews.
A reel needs a deep cleaning after every year of use. Also on casting, fill the spool a little more than you have the one on your deck. I would put my Custom Black and Lews Tournament Pro up against any Shimano and Shimano does not offer the replacement service and customer care that Lew's does
i've had a garcia 5000c, and a 4600c for about 30 yrs. in that time, i've cleaned them 3 times, they still work like the day i bought them. i have a lew's mach2 combo, i abuse the daylights out of it, still works great 3 yrs in. it's a good all-arounder. all 3 rigs ride around in the trunk of my car all the time, and the garcia reels look like it. none of them have ever failed me though. i also have a daiwa sv lite ltd. it's a great reel for a very specific application. this is it's first season, so i can speak to the durability of it. by nature of it's design, it's never going to see the amount of use the others have, but i can throw panfish baits with it. over all, the lews was a good value for the money.
I’m just saying. If you’re going to tell people you should avoid lews, you should probably use more than two different reels.. or try the higher end reels as well. I love my bb1 pro and I just bought the pro-ti.
I love Lews and Daiwa. Both very good brands in my opinion. Lews also has the best customer service Iv ever seen. And I know one thing we can all agree on. Any brand is better than 13 fishing. Flat out junk!!
I have a lews Mach 2 and it is by far my favorite reel in my collection also I have the lews Mach inshore one of their less well known reel and I have had it for about a year and it has held up great for only a hundred dollars
I think you should get the aluminum frame LFS, you can find it for $79-99 bucks and it blows most of the reels you spoke of away. Plus clean your reels!
I started out with Lews. I have about seven of their reels. They all start out great. But my more expensive ones have messed up. The bb1, bb1 pro, and the MG have all had an issue with the disengage button. Randomly they would re-engage during the cast. Causing the gears to grind. I switched to Shimano. Haven't had an issue since.
I’ve us lews fishing reel my life of fishing as Long as you maintenance and clean them they’ll work forever I’ve got five of them I’ve had for four years still work as smooth as the day I open the box

pretty sure lews, abu and bps reels are all made from the same manufacturer in south korea. ive heard they are all really similar and quality is practically the same between the 3. shimano and daiwa ftw!
In my experience, I like Lew's over Abu Garcia. Smoother and nicer overall feel IMO. Just purchased the Lew's Mach Crush spinning combo at Academy Sports. Excited to try it out!! Great video bro!!
Really, I had a Abu Max Z and I loved it besides the drag system and inferior anti reverse system, but I just loved how it retrieved. I thought my Lazr Pro was faster but nah the Max Z was actually a little faster than the Lazr with a 6:8:1 gear ratio.
I have Lews, Quantum and Bass Pro Pro Qualifier bait caster. My favorite over all is the Pro Qualifiers. For flipping I use the Quatums. Then the Lew's real. My friend has a Lew's Jason Christy reel which sells for under 50 dollars and he loves it.
The ultimate reel test is to give it to a redfish tournament angler and see what happens. I have somewhere around 60 reels or so. Lews, daiwa, shimano and Abu. From the torture they go through in saltwater and fighting a much stronger fish i have found Lews to be number 1 with daiwa and abu tied at 2nd. Shimano makes a smooth reel but they aren't holding up. The micro toothed gears break off easily and that's where all that smoothness is coming from...mostly. i have seen a lews get dunked in saltwater and fished for a week afterwards and not have an issue. Not many can hold up to that. My go to reels at the moment are the lews custom lite and custom tournament pro. I dont believe there is anything under 300 bucks that can beat them. Daiwa tatula sv tw is close but require a bit more regular cleaning.
You are 100 percent spot on. I was a shimano guy because of the way I grew up. But once I bought a Custom Pro Tournament reel it was over for me at that price. I too felt like I had a 200-300 dollar reel in my hand. They are awesome. The CS100 is amazing for Panfishing, and Icefishing!

U guys need to make time to take your reels apart for cleaning once a year. Soak the gears and bearings in simple green then alcohol, and then lubricate with the correct grease/oil. This applies to any brand casting reel. I have 10 year old lews tournament pros that still work as well as they did when they were new.
joracer1 Yessir it is for sure! Abu Garcia vengeance rod is a great option at $50, Bass pro tourney special comes in at $50 and is a great option too (they will have it on sale for $40 soon)! Hope that helps, thanks for watching!
Did you think about the cost of repair when you put Abu over Lews? I’m opening a tackle shop and was seeking advice. One dealer told me do my homework because he believes that the parts for Abu were way more expensive. I still haven’t made up my mind on which reels I want to carry.
Mondo Romos Congrats on your store, what’s it gonna be called? I’m not sure myself, but I wouldn’t see why one would be more expensive (between Lews and abu). Thanks for watching and lmk when that store of yours opens up!🔥
I know this is from last year, but all I can say is I work at an outfitting store we sell shimanos daiwa Abu Garcia and lews, if your going to compare the quality of a SLX DC to a lews TEAM LASER... that's oranges to apples. The quality of a $200 reel to a $100 can be significant I respect your diligence in the comparison but a SLX DC and a Lews PRO Ti would be a much better comparison.. I love the SLX series even as a LEWS4LIFE guy. Much respect but just a thought. I deal with this dilemma daily of customers deciding which to get and ulitmalty they both come back sometimes with problems and they both are loved by many.. but your lews doubting clickbait is gonna get you some hate 😂 lews lovers are cult like 😂 they will never betray the bond , anyways keep up the good work my friend and best wishes on your journey of this platform.
I got one pole and reel combo at Cabela's and it was more than Walmart and it was on sale and still was not as cheep. Ugly stick GX2 medium heavy was$59 and got it for $50 and Walmart has them for $49 and on sale $25 I got one and a Lew's classic baitcaster in medium rod for $35 very happy two for the price of One. Got new 3 Lew's two open spine one baitcaster and 4 ABU Garcia Three open spine one baitcaster reels I will see how good they are doing in 5 years from now. Good video thank you for your help.
Am a fan of Diawa and Abu Garcia myself. However I did just buy a Lew's KVD200 spinning reel to replace a Mitchell that got broken.Have heard good things about Lew's.I am looking forward to trying it out.
I agree with you that shimano makes a better casting reel BUT i think lews are nicer than abu garcia. I mainly use a lew's Pro Ti and also have the lew's Hypermag and the lew's tournament speed spool....those 3 are better than any abu garcia i used.
All ya need to do is service your reels. It's easy to do. Plenty of videos here on youtube to show ya how to do a quick/easy service/cleaning of your Lew's baitcasters. Over 6 yrs ago, I bought 2 Lew's Tournament pro G's, 2 Lew's Super Duty's, and 2 of their BB1 Pro's ( all baitcasters. ) I bought them all in various gear ratios. Loved em all right away, but because the Tournament Pro G was the lightest, I bought 2 more, for a total of 8 Lew's baitcasters. In over 6 years, I can honestly say all 8 of my Lew's are as smooth, cast as far, and the drags are all also as smooth as the day I first got them. I've been a Shimano man my whole life since they first started making reels ( thanks to Lew Childre, founder of Lew's, who got Shimano to make his reels early on. Before that, Shimano was only making bicycle parts, I kid you not....check the history. ) But NONE of my Shimano's were as trouble free over the course of 6+ years. I clean & oil all of my reels about twice a year.
Imo top 3 baitcast reel brands would be shimano/diawa/Lews. I'm a huge fan of Lews so I stick with them. For spinning however, I use shimano. You've got to try the hypermag and custom lite slp!
That's litterly me. I use all shimank reels for spinning and lews for casting. I use shimano for spinning bc they have better price points and sell 25 size reels unlike lews
Lew's BB1-Pro IMO is probably their best casting reel they offer. Any reel that offers magnetic braking only, I wouldn't spend more than 50-60 dollars IMO. Some of these off brands are simply marketers that purchase bulk from Alibaba with their company logo.
I used to agree with you on Abu Garcia, I bought 2 cardinals 20 plus years ago and used them forever. 1 got stolen the other finally broke. I bought 2 new ones, one already broke and the other ones quality is crap but still works for now, replaced the broken one with a Lewis and to me I have the same quality reel as my old cardinals and not having to spend 100 plus to get there.
One category. I’d include is ease of maintenance. I have Daiwa, Abu Garcia, Lew’s, Quantum and a Shimano. Lew’s is the easiest to clean and do maintenance on. At least for me.
Tbh I sold my curado dc and got a concept a imo it casts just as far if not farther and just as smooth to me maybe I got lucky with it. It’s an 8.1 it’s my jwr, chatter bait and spinner bait reel.
Ive used lower end lews reels and for the budget fisherman I think they are the best, If you are dropping money shimano is the way to go almost everything I have these days isw DC controlled. I agree 100% 13 fishing makes overpriced junk.
Smh I am a Lew's fan threw and threw they never let me down i have 2 bb1 pros lews custom pro team lews lite and team lews magnesium and pro ti I out cast shimano daiwa Abu etc the trick with lews you have to buy the reels with metal emblems not the plastic emblem fishing is not cheap sport at all lews my reels is $200-360 You get what you pay for you can't buy an $80 reel and expect it to perform like an $300 reel LEW'S FOR LIFE
I have Lew’s, Shimano and Diawa and I think the Lew’s is smooth as silk just like the Shimano and Diawa, I have the Shimano SLX DC and a Diawa Tatula TWS and they are great reels but I like my Lew’s just as much!
I got a Curado, Tatula, Soleus, and a60 dollar okuma that keeps up with them all. Lews is a legit company. They're all the same, the more you pay the better you get. Best bang for the buck is my favorite soleus. The brakes are money, it casts a mile and was only like 130
I have about six or seven Lew reels and I got to say there's some of the best baitcasting reels I've ever used everyone has their own opinion I also have a quantum Escalade that is a beast it throws line out like a charm never really cared for a Abu Garcia but I won't say anything bad about them because I had one of their reels and it was decent
I think Lew's reels Abu Garcia low profile reels and Bass Pro shop reels are all made by Doyo in Korea. They look very similar and from what i understand share some of the same parts
Lew's Mach 1 and smash 🔥 my two favorite combos in my line up. I Rock left and right hand reels casting right hand but punching and flipping left handed. Quantum is my OG reel I learned on so I own a few KVD series but they tend to backlash a little more than Lew's. I have a Kast king speed demon and white Max to beat up this year as well. Shimano man those guys make some gorgeous reels but I haven't pulled the trigger on one yet my friend owns an old one that he takes very good care of. I mean his Shimano is definitely older than you and it outcasts my brand-new Mach 1 by five feet no matter what so Shimano is king. To top that off he picked his up at a pawn shop for fifty dollars lol talk about lucky huh?... I also bought my wife the green Lew's combo for Christmas this year and it casts great as well she's gonna say them this year on a frog again I know it. I'm definitely a Lew's fan and supporter so when I seen this video I was hesitant to watching your take on my favorite reel so glad I did watch it.
I'm a spinning reel kinda guy grew up in the Midwest where it's popular. Just grabbed my first lew's today mach smash orange crush. Normally I'm an Abu revo guy. But I use shamino mixed in no complaints on any of my gear keep it greased cleaned and oiled. That said for little or no maintenance my Abu elite dose best still has a killer cast still has a killer retrieve rate bitch is a beast
After 2 years of casting any brand fishing reel it's not a bad idea to pull the spool bearings and clean and lube them. It's called preventive maintenance.
Lews reels are pretty good on the low/mid end now adays. Abu may be from the same manufactuer but are actually alot worse. Shimano is too expensive for me. I plan on getting some diawa tatulas to see if I like them. The lews tournament mp reel I have is very good but it is the only high end reel I have so I wouldnt know how it compairs to other reels.
@bucketmouthbass....it goes daiwa, shimano and then everything else...in that order. as far as the best baitcaster on the market in a landslide?...the daiwa steez sv tw without question.
@@PhilosophyDaily you won't once you fish a daiwa steez sv tw and if you dare say that you have...i'll quiz you. see link below showing the goat of baitcasters. i.imgur.com/R0XOuoZ.jpg

I absolutely love lews and there products, I agree with you on the lews side of you points, but I've never owned a shamano and the I guess I only had duds with Abu because everyone I get doesn't last over 4 months
Love Lew's usually with Abu I throw them out after a year GT a black max lasted 8 months and performance went to hell using a Revo x rt now and It's already taking a crap but my Abu ambassador is amazing 20 years old now looking into the Lew's sc600 for possible replacement
Dan Mcintosh I’ve used a wide variety of Lews products. It’s a review of my experiences throughout years of trials and fishing trips. Thanks for watching!🔥🤙
I don't have any baitcasters. I see no need for them. All I have is spinning gear and I have purchased three Lew's combos this year and they are the best I have ever owned. They are bad to the bone.
Fishnfatman You can definitely get it done with spinning combos. However, I used to say that exact same thing. Then, I started using casting equipment and my eyes were opened! Thanks for watching! Lews is a great choice!🔥🤙
What do you think about the Lew's Mach crush spinning combo? Just picked one up. I'm curious on how big of a fish I can catch with this thing. I bought some 30lb braid to go with it.
I really have to disagree with the top three. I am buying a shimano reel, but i have a lew's and it is great. And i have used Abu Garcia and i have to say lew's is better
Unless Daddy bought your boat, dont be so cheap, buy higher end reels, get a paper route for extra cash. Most cases $140 to $240 Rods all you need. $ 130 -$220 Reels all you need for many years
Have to disagree here. I think the issue you're having is you're using lower end gear. Pick up the Pro-Ti and then come back with an update. I've been an Abu guy all my life and I completely switched after the Pro-Ti, it's so smooth its like running a buttered finger over glass.
U use them everything breaks Maintain them is like any thing else I’ve got zebcos over 50 and in w me I pull out the Abu 80 s and quantum rocks The spin cast never has fails me Maintaining them is key and having parts 1978 zebco one
I'm not an ABU fan boy but to say there quality is just above Lew's in my opinion ABU is a far superior brand to Lew's.Have a look at there history in the fishing industry world wide compared to Lew's .Go watch some Videos on people who service and fix reels most will tell you ABU quality is above Lew's.I prefer Shimano myself but have a Blackmax which was my first baitcaster its 11 years old.I regularly service and clean it and it still performs like it came straight out of the box .I much prefer curado K but still enjoy using my Blackmax for certain applications.
It’s just personal opinion..... Lew’s are the best I have used ever. Tried everything nothing is better then Lew’s. But you gotta stay away from their rods.
Most reels today are all made at the same oem's in China, designed in the USA or Japan or Europe. There isn't much differentiation tbh. Same with rods from the big companies.
Lol you should probably try fishing with something that is more than a100-150 “combo” before talking about a brand. Lews hypermag and pro ti are absolutely fire
your videos are disappointment you're very young and like a great deal of knowledge I've been fishing 54 years and a fished with every real that exists just about lews reels from $200 up or as good as any Shimano out there I know I own both I have a hypermag and a pro TI and they will actually outcast a $500 metainum DC that I have just saying you need to be a little better read before you make a video like this
lews reels ... I prefer my abu garcia and a zebco protege but i have alot of respect for the lews just i dont like cleaning them .... The protege is just stupid easy to clean ... But hey i fish in the swamps of Louisiana
LEWs is like most reel makers, if you buy the $79.00 combo you can expect less performance and durability. If you buy the better quality you will have a better experience.
Agreed. My two Lews reels are the Pro Ti and the Custom Pro. I enjoy using both of them as much as any of my other brands like shimano, Abu and Diawa. I’ve also used the American hero and I didn’t like it as much as I liked the Diawa CC80, which is in about the same price range. In my experience, all the brand’s reels kind of go like this….spend under $100 and they are not great, spend $100-$150ish and they are pretty good but can be hit or miss, and when you spend $150 and up and they are generally all pretty good.
why don't u just label ur video "My experience with Lew's reels" instead of "The Truth bout Lew's Reels" make u sound like u were undercover and eavesdropping on a Lew's business meeting and found out all bout their plans and what they're doing. It's for views right smh

I agree with you that shimano makes a better casting reel BUT i think lews are nicer than abu garcia. I mainly use a lew's Pro Ti and also have the lew's Hypermag and the lew's tournament speed spool....those 3 are better than any abu garcia i used.
I’m just wondering is the lews super reel good
I do have to say I have many shimano reels both casting and spinning and they are very clean and work awesome
Thomas Cantrell Thanks for watching!🔥
I have the lews tournament mp and it’s honestly the best reel I have ever used and I have slx dc
Where have you been? No new videos?
Thank for watching!🔥
That's litterly me. I use all shimank reels for spinning and lews for casting. I use shimano for spinning bc they have better price points and sell 25 size reels unlike lews
Lew's BB1-Pro IMO is probably their best casting reel they offer. Any reel that offers magnetic braking only, I wouldn't spend more than 50-60 dollars IMO. Some of these off brands are simply marketers that purchase bulk from Alibaba with their company logo.
nub Fishin Thanks for sharing and watching!🔥
For pond fishing my Lew's American Hero and Laser MG does the job. No issues
I've fished Lews since 1984 and they never let me down . I still fish my original bb1mg !
One category. I’d include is ease of maintenance. I have Daiwa, Abu Garcia, Lew’s, Quantum and a Shimano. Lew’s is the easiest to clean and do maintenance on. At least for me.
I had bought the lews Mach 1 and I was very unimpressed with it on my 3rd cast reel started making a whining noise
Tbh I sold my curado dc and got a concept a imo it casts just as far if not farther and just as smooth to me maybe I got lucky with it. It’s an 8.1 it’s my jwr, chatter bait and spinner bait reel.
Thanks for watching!🔥
Ive used lower end lews reels and for the budget fisherman I think they are the best, If you are dropping money shimano is the way to go almost everything I have these days isw DC controlled. I agree 100% 13 fishing makes overpriced junk.
Smh I am a Lew's fan threw and threw they never let me down i have 2 bb1 pros lews custom pro team lews lite and team lews magnesium and pro ti I out cast shimano daiwa Abu etc the trick with lews you have to buy the reels with metal emblems not the plastic emblem fishing is not cheap sport at all lews my reels is $200-360 You get what you pay for you can't buy an $80 reel and expect it to perform like an $300 reel LEW'S FOR LIFE
Rising Tyrant I've had 3 for 5 years, no problems...
The brakes are money, it casts a mile and was only like 130
I have about six or seven Lew reels and I got to say there's some of the best baitcasting reels I've ever used everyone has their own opinion I also have a quantum Escalade that is a beast it throws line out like a charm never really cared for a Abu Garcia but I won't say anything bad about them because I had one of their reels and it was decent
you have to oil the reel every 2 months and it will cast twice as far. i did it with my lews mach crush and it casts alot better now
I think Lew's reels Abu Garcia low profile reels and Bass Pro shop reels are all made by Doyo in Korea. They look very similar and from what i understand share some of the same parts
It’s funny ppl are hating on this guy because he is saying his opinion.

Im Eggscellent Sweet! Thanks for watching. Love that regular show episode!😂
@@PhilosophyDaily it's the best one ever. Has a reference from one of my favorite movie series.
Im Eggscellent Which movie series? I found the first season for free on RUclips, but I’m trying to find a way to watch the rest...
@@PhilosophyDaily The knight waiting by the Hat that's from Indiana Jones the Last Crusade. The hats is suppose to be the grail.
Im Eggscellent Oh ok.
I started with lews and got the crush but I'm starting to like the daiwa reels a but better
Thomas Cantrell I’m not a fan of daiwa reels. Thanks for watching!🔥
@@PhilosophyDaily Yw Bro the vid was awesome I enjoyed it
should i get mach crush 2 or daiwa 100 thanks
NTF Lekanoff Glad you enjoyed. Thanks for watching and for your insight!🔥🤙
I got mach 2 combo and Mach crush absolutely love them
I got two bb1 pro's and two diawa tatula's using the same rod line and lure I get 15 more yards with my tatula's then my bb1 pro
Nooo Lews smoothness is amazing better than any other product
I'm a spinning reel kinda guy grew up in the Midwest where it's popular. Just grabbed my first lew's today mach smash orange crush. Normally I'm an Abu revo guy. But I use shamino mixed in no complaints on any of my gear keep it greased cleaned and oiled. That said for little or no maintenance my Abu elite dose best still has a killer cast still has a killer retrieve rate bitch is a beast
After 2 years of casting any brand fishing reel it's not a bad idea to pull the spool bearings and clean and lube them. It's called preventive maintenance.
Lew's used to be made by Shimano
Lews reels are pretty good on the low/mid end now adays. Abu may be from the same manufactuer but are actually alot worse. Shimano is too expensive for me. I plan on getting some diawa tatulas to see if I like them. The lews tournament mp reel I have is very good but it is the only high end reel I have so I wouldnt know how it compairs to other reels.
In getting the 100, its bout 150, although sgimank has some reels for about 300 same as daiwa there kinda both half and half
*shimano
What bout Daiwa for top three
SiskO Fishing No. Thanks for watching!🔥
@bucketmouthbass....it goes daiwa, shimano and then everything else...in that order. as far as the best baitcaster on the market in a landslide?...the daiwa steez sv tw without question.
HBeretta I disagree! Thanks for watching!🔥
@@PhilosophyDaily you won't once you fish a daiwa steez sv tw and if you dare say that you have...i'll quiz you. see link below showing the goat of baitcasters.

Clean and degrease the reel degrease using a dry lithium grease for the main big gear clean bearings in acetone over night then use ardent bearing butter to reoil the bearings
I would but I’m too darn lazy.😂 Thanks for the advice!🔥
I absolutely love lews and there products, I agree with you on the lews side of you points, but I've never owned a shamano and the I guess I only had duds with Abu because everyone I get doesn't last over 4 months
dude_outdoors dude_outdoors Thanks for sharing!
Love Lew's usually with Abu I throw them out after a year GT a black max lasted 8 months and performance went to hell using a Revo x rt now and It's already taking a crap but my Abu ambassador is amazing 20 years old now looking into the Lew's sc600 for possible replacement
Dan Helmer Thanks for watching!🔥
Ok review but it's more a review of one specific reel than reels in general based on your experience with them
Dan Mcintosh I’ve used a wide variety of Lews products. It’s a review of my experiences throughout years of trials and fishing trips. Thanks for watching!🔥🤙
And how do you put Abu before lews Abu is old news
TeamLew’s All the Way!
Who’s this Lou guy u keep talking about anyway 🤔
1. Shimano
2. Daiwa
3. Lews
Jordan Spalding You put Daiwa by accident.😂
I have a few Lews...love them...go a team laser too its the only one that i can turn all brakes off and performes perfect....
Not really sure why, but I like this kid 😂
Jordan Spalding I’ll take that as a compliment.
KVD TEAM LEWS
Ryan&Alexandra Willis Thanks for watching!
I have had lews inshore and lews mach 1 and like them over my shimano caenan, but the shimano is a cheaper reel at $80
if one the best fishmans in the world fishes lems and has his name on lews it must be good.
My personal opinion shimano number one abue Garcia number e Daiwa number3 lewes number4
Thanks for sharing!
True I think shimano or diawa is way better.
I really have to disagree with the top three. I am buying a shimano reel, but i have a lew's and it is great. And i have used Abu Garcia and i have to say lew's is better
Thanks for sharing!🔥
Enough about shimano, I’m here for lews
Unless Daddy bought your boat, dont be so cheap, buy higher end reels, get a paper route for extra cash. Most cases $140 to $240 Rods all you need. $ 130 -$220 Reels all you need for many years
opps thats Lews
Thanks for watching
I really like lews reels and your channel but I don’t see anything wrong with lews reels and for that reason I disagree with you sry
Have to disagree here. I think the issue you're having is you're using lower end gear. Pick up the Pro-Ti and then come back with an update. I've been an Abu guy all my life and I completely switched after the Pro-Ti, it's so smooth its like running a buttered finger over glass.
Is there any bass fishing channels with hosts over 20? Give me someone with real life experiences instead of pampered children
I have had a lews feels for 17 years
I just bought a lews mach pro
It’s just personal opinion..... Lew’s are the best I have used ever. Tried everything nothing is better then Lew’s. But you gotta stay away from their rods.
what's everything? because no way in hell anything lew's makes is better than a daiwa steez sv tw or metanium mgl.
AnglingNVirginia Thanks for watching!🔥
Bucketmouth shimano has budget reel go to digitaka and see for yourself
Most reels today are all made at the same oem's in China, designed in the USA or Japan or Europe. There isn't much differentiation tbh. Same with rods from the big companies.
Penn will win I have my 702 712 and 140 squdder and 146 which are my catfish drift rigs over 50 years old and they look fantastic
Lol you should probably try fishing with something that is more than a100-150 “combo” before talking about a brand. Lews hypermag and pro ti are absolutely fire
ITS PUTS THE LOTION ON THE SKIN.
Still is mint
your videos are disappointment you're very young and like a great deal of knowledge I've been fishing 54 years and a fished with every real that exists just about lews reels from $200 up or as good as any Shimano out there I know I own both I have a hypermag and a pro TI and they will actually outcast a $500 metainum DC that I have just saying you need to be a little better read before you make a video like this
Don’t forget to sub and like
lews reels ... I prefer my abu garcia and a zebco protege but i have alot of respect for the lews just i dont like cleaning them .... The protege is just stupid easy to clean ... But hey i fish in the swamps of Louisiana
Will Becker Thanks for watching!🔥
@@PhilosophyDaily you are an entertaining RUclipsr dont stop fishing and keep up the good work
Yah....we call them Shimano fan boys
Thank for watching!🔥
I have every shimano reel and still prefer lews
Ok lews employee
@@Texasbroski512 bruh lmao
Great job Ive been a lews man for years
Look I'm not hating but shimano is more expensive than a lews and dc controlled.
True that
LEWs is like most reel makers, if you buy the $79.00 combo you can expect less performance and durability.
