You have a great story & are a true inspiration to those of us out there with HIV/AIDS. I am 74 years old & was diagnosed HIV+ Memorial Day weekend 2011. The VA put me on meds right away. I take 3 pills every day. My most recent labs put my T-cell count at 1009 which is the highest it has ever been & viral load undetectable. I try my best to walk 2 miles every day & I drink a lot of water with lemon. I have been reading lately where Moderna is developing an HIV/AIDS vaccine. The VA put me on Ozempic 3 months ago & I have lost 20 lbs. I want to level off right there & not lose any more weight. I take 25 units of insulin every morning. In 2013/2014 I went through 6 months of chemo for lymphoma. On 0/9/99 they removed my prostate & 21 years later the cancer returned. They are now treating it with hormone therapy. I sometimes wonder why I am still here. I appreciate all your videos because you beat the odds. DAVID
Thank you for spreading the good word about fitness and health, especially for those of us who are HIV+. It's easy to let our weight and the scale numbers dictate how we feel about ourselves - I've been there, but we can take our power back and show that scale who's the boss - regardless of what it says!
Hi sir, may I ask if you already did take covid 19 vaccination? If yes is it safe for patient hiv? What requirements needed as I know based on cd4 count and viral load.. I hope you can answer my inquiries. Thanks
