Doubt you are still seeking an answer. But for those who might be interest: In audio one ideally wants the original signal to be big and modify volume further down the signal path. How to get 5.1 sound?
no 5.1 sound :-C only virtual in headphones.
Folks please tell me this works on the series x !
They work good but only sound not mic on xbox
@@Janikkkkk are you telling me Xbox series x can support 3D surround audio if I’m connecting this to the system via optical cable..?
Please confirm this Janik, regardless of Mic support as it’s not really a concern for single player games..
Can i use for Zoom or Skype?
that doesn't really make sense to buy a sound card for such purpose. External sound card is only useful if you already have high-end headphones or speaker set. If you are rocking some gaming headset, it will be a waste of money, which you could spend on better headphones.
yes
So, I can connect this to my PC via USB but there is no TOSLINK to connect my speakers with. Too bad, god dammit. Can someone suggest one with TOSLINK and similar capabilities? At least 122-130db SNR? Around 80-120$ and drivers that work for sure on Windows 10? I'd get the AE5 but it doesn't fit due to my freakily big GPU. I need to get a new M/B too hence I don't think it's worth it.
WHAT YOU SAY
I have one and now if it’s plugged in it crashed my pc. Only had in for a few months any idea why that would be?
can someone help? i got a new computer, and now when i download sound blaster command, it isnt the same. the only options im given are the recording and mixer options. any fix?
Maybe try download the latest sound blaster command, if you haven't already.
Monetizing that video? Oh come on guys... What a shame

Update this thing with USB C!!!!!!!!!!
Make the fu kin thing usb c. USB mini A is the worst usb connection in the history of usb connections. Aside from that horse sh t, its an excellent dac amp.
Why are the cables so short. It makes the product almost useless. I have to be like 3 feet away to play the console using this
You can buy longer ones. Problem solved.
It's main focus is PC usage. You can buy longer mini usb dirt cheap if you need longer ones.
@@IIHydraII can I connect it to my ps4 controller with aux or will it not work
@@informedquasar7696 no. You plug it into your PS4 with a USB, then plug your headphones/headset into the Soundblaster. You can still use your mic, you don’t need to plug it into your controller for that.
@@IIHydraII so I can't connect it to my controller?
