Everytime i see monk, i see the true meaning of "Happiness is from the mind". I mean, what they can get from happiness if its not from their mind?. Look how simple their life is, they even only eat rice, not even other food there. There is no satisfaction. Their happiness is fully come from the mind.
How about the nature ?? How about the very simple journey with in the forests. It's a soo much 🙌 Blessing for spiritual knowledge. Can achieve mentally and physically higher standard. This place, one of the forest temples of the International Forest Monastery in Ubon Ratchathani province, is situated in the National Park. Entering this temple is extremely difficult. First, you need official permission from the forest officials (asking for it in advance), and then you need a 4WD car to take you there. The temple is about 50k from the main road, and it takes you about 5 hours to get there! Every year, very few people can visit that temple!
