Doing mukbangs in an restaurant-type ambiance is the best form, to me anyway, of a mukbang! My favorites, as follows: Mushroom, Egg & Carrot Radish dish; Mini Salad on Salmon; Fried Pollock: Anchovies w/ Almonds; Spinach; Grilled Fish. Nicely done, Prof! My best, as well to the very lovely Alex Reid!

CLRaider take a general allergy tablet before going (the kind for hayfever and stuff often cover other allergies) and you should be safe. but go with people you trust and know what to do if you do have a reaction.

I always got the impression from other veggies that it was very difficult in SK as the cuisine is quite meat and seafood orientated, but it seems in this video there are quite a few vegetarian options (and gluten free, but that's another story for another day, my awkward dietary needs always causing trouble lmao). Are veggie options more usual in Korea than I've been led to believe, or more part of this restaurants unique fusion style?
There are definitely a lot of non-meat/animal-based dishes but you should also be aware that even though something LOOKS vegetarian, always ask how it's prepared because some foods are cooked in stocks that are usually chicken, beef or seafood stock (for example I know there are dishes that use anchovy in stock even if there's no seafood meat).
Pollock is one of the cheapest fish in America and many people's Last Choice when buying fresh or frozen fish. It is Sesame Leaf also known as perilla leaf and is not related to Sesame exactly so it's not a sesame oil leaf. When I eat in Korea I take a bit from each dish on the plate and put it in my plate so that I'm not constantly having to reach and dip into the plates on the table. I have never known anyone to cut a rice cake in half this is the first time I have seen it. :-)

alexandralights gluten free? Oh, no...almost everything has soy sauce in it😭. For a celiac is a real struggle to eat in Korea
