    I think that the most impressive part of videos is that, no matter what position you are in, there is no noticeable strain in your voice!

    I can't even get my feet through, not sure what to do about that, unless I try the rings, also a bit worried if I cant get back and collapse on my face!

      You should be able to jump through but always put a safety mattress or pillows

    Noting that the back lever uses similar muscle groups to the planche, how much transference of one skill do you think applies to the other?

      If you can planche, you can automatically do back lever. If you can back lever, you can probably advanced tuck planche
