  • In this video I am going to show you how to replace the brake pads on a Transalp 700.
    I will also show you how to release a stuck piston and clean it up to prevent it from getting stuck again.

    The middle piston of the front left calliper is operated by rear brake padal - I have the same bike and I just cleaned my front calipers.

      Hi Janez. Thanks for pointing it out to me. After you left this comment, I went back and re read the bleeding section of manual again and looked at the diagram of the brake system. You are correct! That explains why the piston was not pushing out when I was pressing the front brakes 👏 Also made it clear to me the whole process of bleeding the back brake in conjunction with the left front one. I am curious now why this was design this way. 🤔
