I still use windows 7, before with a normal hard drive, now with a SSD and it flies, I don't worry about any stupid update, I don't need them, I use free avast antivirus and everything is perfect.
Combining the Aero with minimalist design is something soo difficult

My best experiences in computing, and I have 19 years of experience in the sector, have been with Windows 7 Pro. Never before have OS solutions and compatibility been so easy. Robust, stable and flexible, never a blue screen, a compatibility error. With it you could project all your imagination and deploy the entire arsenal of solutions it offered you.
The aero glass theme is just Wow. I love blue colors and glassy looks. It all exists in Windows 7 only. Love the concept. I just don't understand why Microsoft has removed this theme from Windows 10 and Windows 11. It must return to the upcoming Windows.
Keep up the good work. I have no words to express my appreciation for this splendid work. Hats off to you.

Microsoft could make it modern if they really wanted to, but then again, they don't give a fuck about their user base, just look at the requirements for windows 11, the most unnecessary thing ever.

@@zenmashh Since when Microsoft cares about resources? Win7 is far less demanding than Win10 with its simplification, not even talking about Win11.
If Microsoft ever decides to adopt this concept and give us a new updated version of Windows 7 I would buy it even if it costs twice as much as what Windows 10/11 cost now. Great work man!

This looks really good!! I would love this version of Windows! My only change is that some things look a little flat, and the startup logo should flash each section then in unison before Windows loads. Otherwise great job, and I love it! 👍👍
On a side note the music was hurting my ears and I had to mute it..🤦🤦
I am a Windows 7 fan and if such a version comes out I will go and collect a special setup for it.

mannnnnn this is what we need to go back to honestly simplicity! this is super freaking cool and id love to go back to this version of windows. to bad Microsoft will never go back to it and or make a revamped version of windows 7. this is fantastic.

I say it again, the Microsoft team should take these ideas and bring personalization and retro themes into the next version of Windows.
Lets be honest Windows 7 was a beautiful looking os; and it should come in some way in Windows 12; I miss its original look; I used to have windows 7 ultimate 64bit edition and I miss the Aero Glass and Flip 3D and all the other features it had

Ok, I don't know if you know, but there is a newly discovered command in Windows 10-11, and what it does is completely change the appearance of Windows 10-11 to Windows 7, without the need for any program.
@@windowsxdyt5090 I found out this news yesterday by chance but they will probably lock out the script with a new update. Msoft is unfortunately managed by yellow skins who don't like the visual styles made by white people

I think the company is not interested in satisfying such requests, and if you are overwhelmed by nostalgia, you can always download third-party software and customize your system to suit your needs.😉

We still use windows 7 in all its flavours cause its still the best windows ever.
Sadly MS prefers spying more than delivering user xp.

Windows 7 had my favorite UI/UX of all the versions. I wish Microsoft would bring it back, even if it's just in the form of an official theme like this.

had to watch this on my Win7 laptop on fullscreen. Its everything that we wanted from MS, but with a dark-tone file explorer. Very nice concept. Your work is always nice...

The concept is really interesting and I wish one day microsoft would take ideas from your concepts, but I prefer some things of windows 7 which I believe are already better and there is no need to change it (for example: Boot animation, Logo, start menu, OOBE,etc) either way I its nice and keep growing

very cool idea, I agree with the comments that Microsoft should hire you, I don't know how you do it. Returning to the look, it's nice but still a bit too modern, it should be "simpler" but it's still nice!

I will never understand why they just don't give users customization options. You know, changing the UI look without having to download a partially working third party software. You could switch between XP, Vista, 7, any previous design Microsoft released. WHY?!

This design is great but there is also a bug in the video:
In 3:27 the name of the PC is DESKTOP-IN12024 but in 2:00 the name typed in is Abdi-PC.
But even though we cannot realize it, most of us are focusing on the wonderful design and animations.
You have 2 names for the PC. You have the name of the account or profile that is logged it and then there the name of your PC or device. Thats why you see 2 different names.

Well, seeing how my computer is STILL using Windows 7....I have to say I'm a fan of your concepts. Never understood why they changed the absolutely terrific OS...to more closely resemble the OS of their XBOX which I've felt windows 8-10-& 11 do. Hence WHY I stuck with windows 7

Я был преданным пользователем Windows 7 с момента выхода до конца 2012 года. А потом перешёл на macOS. 10 лет просидел на Mac. Потом он устарел и перестал поддерживать нужные мне приложения. И я вернулся на Windows. Я пропустил всю эпоху плиток и Modern UI.
Теперь у меня ноутбук с Windows 11. И ощущается она как Windows 7 с графическим модом.
