Yeah I am impressed to I hade a old dell laptop that my brother bought for 1 kr (which is like 0.098$)an had windows 10 on it and it didn't run it good at all and then my brother installed Linux on it and it runed it flalesly.
My favorite commercials are Windows 7, 95 & Me because 7 : it has that excitement feel 95 : I just like the squares that do random stuff Me : I think going inside cubes to show several features is a neat idea (even though the actual system is dogs*t) Also it's just funny to me how they made a commercial for a Windows version (longhorn) that never released (no, vista doesn't count) Also according to the Windows 7 commercial, both Windows 95 & 98 count as one version of Windows, I think that's why Microsoft skipped Windows 9...
I LIKE this! I'm a fanatic of Windows, and it was nice just seeing how the sophisticated desktop OS has evolved to what it is today. Microsoft did well when it was still in the drawing board. I don't think they actually knew that Windows would be a huge success! The best thing I have watched thus far. Thanks, Microsoft.
i love how they present windows me as fast and stable operating system but it actually crashes if you open windows explorer cus it runs on dos like windows 9x

Nostalgic! mE didn't really give me any troubles, in contrast to how notorious it was, especially upgrading from Win 98 which wasn't very stable either. Had to format my PC every month or two due to viruses sneaking from the floppy drives or Internet explorer. Things got much secured and stable later, especially with NT technology in Windows 2000 Server (and later XP for mass market).

Windows 10 is the last Microsoft product I will ever have. I refuse to upgrade to 11. I just can’t support a company that forces its users to give up their privacy and engages in the business practices it does and has been for decades. Enough is enough. I will be switching to Linux in the foreseeable future. All the productivity software I need has Linux equivalents which I’m learning to use. Most games I own on pc already run fine on Linux or are supported adequately.

8.1 was a nice idea but it sucked on desktop environments in my opinion. i mean the start menu isnt made for it. i work as 2nd level support and sometimes a customer with windows server 2012 R2 shows up. its basicly 8.1 but as a server system. everytime i hit the windows button to search for a programm i get thrown back to the times when i used to play farming simulator on my moms laptop which came out with win 8(.1). and already at this time i didnt like it cuz i worked with 2000/vista/7 with the normal layout. i never tried it on a system with a touchscreen. but i can imagine worked better on that. did someone of you tried it like that?
