Could we get a video on lower body stability at the bottom of the snatch? Like corrective exercises?I have a crazy hip wobble I can't seem to get rid of 😭

Learning to snatch correctly is going to be more impactful for your development as a basketball player than having a heavy squat.

Why not try speak from the mind rather than reading out the script you spent 12 hours writing. Wayyy to technical for the people who need this information.

Pretty simple: because I don't have time to shoot multiple takes when I'm unsatisfied with how I said something, I've already written this stuff, which took nowhere near 12 hours, and if I "speak from the mind", I'll speak much longer than I really need to, and no one needs a video longer than this to understand the point.
Regarding this being too technical - I'm sorry you don't understand it, but I genuinely can't imagine where you're struggling with this simple of a concept. Maybe this isn't a good channel for you.
