In this video, Coach Justin from Ultimate Baseball Training talks about failure and why you should never fear failure. Failure is an event, not a person. It gives you the opportunity to learn and get better and it gives your life contrast. Instead of fearing failure, embrace it and learn from your mistakes.

Thank you Justin for telling me about the failure, you are right man, without fails, struggles or problems in baseball and life, it would definitely be boring!

Baseball is a metaphor for life. You have to be determined to overcome failure and learn from your mistakes/ failures.
You have to develop a desire to overcome failure and work to be successful.

I got a concussion last year first day of high school ball try outs because I couldn't catch a ball lol. Needless to say I've been pretty afraid of the next season if I'll fail again but this video helped a lot.

Thanks coach… I am currently in my biggest hitting slump in my sophomore season of baseball and I can’t get out of the habit of hitting weak grounders and I just always feel down and depressed… Thanks for helping me out! I have two games left this summer season and I look forward to ending this season on a good note before I leave on vacation. Thank you for all your tips to helping me through baseball and life in general…

My 15 year old is struggling at the plate lately. He had a fantastic freshman high school season. Now, he is struggling in his travel season. He is letting get to him. He is so upset with himself and you can see it. He thinks maybe it's his stance or his swing. It worked up till now though! I don't think that's the problem I think its all in his head. I just found your videos and sent them to him. Hopefully it works! Thanks

Just took a tough loss in softball after being down ten runs to a team that brought in a bunch of ringers. Came back to tie it and i popped up to the pitcher in the last inning. Lost. This helps along with your other videos I just watched. Been following for a minute helping me get better all the time.

Thanks for the vid Justin another diamond 💎. But I have a few questions for you or any coaches in the comments. I’m in high school and I’m want to try out for my baseball team, I’ve never played before but I’ve been training hard (rebound net, batting cages, tee etc.) and because of my lack of experience in baseball. I don’t if my play is up to par or below it. So if you could tell me what the average 10th-grade player should be able to do (throwing speed, 60m dash time, how fast grounders will be, etc.), that would be extremely helpful and guide me in the right direction while taking a massive weight off my back. My second question, how do I make up for lost time at the plate and baseball IQ. I always worry that if I get pitched too, I won't have good enough vision to locate the ball. And for my baseball IQ I’ve been watching film and seeing what the pros do and watched some yt videos, so will this be enough or is there something better. For my 3rd question, how do I increase my plate vision at home I can’t always get to the batting cages and being able to increase my vision would be great. And lastly, this kinda ties in with my previous question I had, but I have pop machine and a net which gives me little pop flys that I can hit will this increase my plate vision or will it not? Thank you everyone, have a good day.
