Morning people,
A fun song to play and to record.
A lot of guitar tracks in there, and different sounding ones.
I didn't do the strings myself.
They were done by:
"vagellis from Greece"!!!
I made the midi drumtrack myself.
Intro:
The Beginning of Sleepless Again from In Flames
that I recorded in E Standard Tuning.
Description:
I first record the audio of the song,
then film me playing the guitars and edit them together.
So, this is not being played live !!!
That is why there is no cable or anything.

I always got the biggest chills from the chorus at 3:30. This has probably got to be one of my most favorite tracks from SoaPF and all of In Flames.

I've used DFH as well, then switched to Addictive Drums. I disagree they sound emply. Don't forget addictive drums has a TON of mixing options (compression, gating, reverb, EQ, distortion) for each seperate instrument, very easy to use, all in 1 window, 1 VST (ADD). You can make it as metal as you want, even without the Metal Addon (don't have it, don't need it) and the base samples sound a ton more organic/less plastic than DFH.

Ahja, könntest du vielleicht noch nen paar "alte" Amon Amarth Lieder covern? Z.B. Cry of the Black Birds. Denn die Cover sind auch richtig gut von dir :)
