I tried to watch some covers of this song but couldn’t find anything that did this song any justice. Something about Chris’s singing and energy. Nothing beats the original!
Agree the best version I've heard and seen from them of this song and that's the best of lead singer has looked and they all just played guitar so great
beautiful. love how he serenely mocks every line he sings and every other thought he says. he seems to only hold any reverence to his unspoken silences. like a living Morse code of empathy. dots and dashes upon unbridled pathways. nice.

Very very nearly perfection. You have to remember, this is Jeff Cease black crowes. Still a while before Marc Ford. Now crowes with Ford was musical perfection, in every single way. Cease was not a very good guitarist, hence why the songs on the first album were not as technical and had far simpler solo styles than every album after that, including by your side, which had Rich Robinson play all guitar parts on all songs on the whole album because they had no lead guitarist at the time.

I LOVED them the first time I heard them. Saw them 4x in the 90's... once back stage. They had it ALL GOING ON. The first two records are incredible. Love every song.
If folks only realized why there are certain people here for this generation that can hear from angels and those from Heaven and Hell. They are few and far between. But Father has always had people here who can hear and see in the spirit. Not just Biblical times. We’re in the End Times, that’s why they’re here for this generation. Everyone will see soon. I pray for thise who disbelieve and are lost. They won’t be going home to be with Father. They’re going to the pit by there own choice
This song reminds me of my ex-wife, though the hair (and ashes) is from her oldest daughter who died at 17. My ex had such a negative outlook of God, yet did wear a cross. It would get so bad that when I came home from work, I was afraid i would find her o.d. from slamming too much h. When out of it she did talk to angels. Haven't seen her in 7 years, she chose to leave and use over getting help and our two year old daughter and marriage.
Easily one of the greatest frontmen ever, if you could piece together a perfect rock frontman Plant is pretty close but God Chris's voice just sends me to heaven

Unforgettable live performance 1990 Atlanta, Georgia. Legendary.
Chris’s Singing is like a combination of Otis Redding and Rod Stewart.
Without question, one of the best Singers of his era.
And Cris Norman❤️
And he is so humble and Nice in intervews!!!!!!
Chris definitely has his own style of singing, which I think will survive the storm
And he’s definetly the nicest Musician in Rock And Roll!!!!!!!
He should go down as one of the best of all time for sure
Forgot how good this song is, dat boi can sang!
A lot of blues and southern rock with a little bit of power and passion and pain 💯💯
