I don't know if it's just because we're seeing Reggie again, but watching this episode, getting to see a live podcast, it all just brings back feelings I haven't felt since Wii U. Nintendo can do what they wish with the games they create, but sometimes I just wish they'd say hi from time to time. The time you two have had with this new brand however has genuinely made the Nintendo community feel involved, real, and noticed again. I'm not asking for them to take in any kind feedback, I just miss how connected every side of the Nintendo community was during darker ages. The stories you two have shared have helped us have a better understanding of how we affect Nintendo, and how they are not only as a company, but as people. The adventures we've had playing Super Kit and Krysta 64 are reminiscent of the more playful side to Nintendo, and often reminds me, personally, how Nintendo the fans of Nintendo truly are. I litterally can not thank you two enough for what y'all do. For the smiles you bring, for the insights you've shared. You two truly, TRULY have something special with the directions you two are heading in and I hope you continue to raise the bar, reminding everyone what it's like to not only love games, but the entire industry as a whole. Once again, Thank You Two!
Our Lord and Savior Reggie, I wish he could pay a visit to our country so I could play Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games on my Wii with him and Dennis Rodman
So the gum wall started in the 90s after the theater next door became home to Unexpected Productions' Theatresports and the patrons who came to the theater would stick their gum on the wall before they entered. No matter how many times the local authority tried to clean it, the gum has remained, and the authority later decided to keep it and declare it a tourist attraction in 1999. If you're into geocaching, there's a micro-cache somewhere on that wall disguised as you guessed it...a piece of gum.
@@SkiesTurnedGrey I'm with you and Krysta, there are gum walls in many places, and they're ALL disgusting. Just thinking about it makes me want to vomit.
Fun fact: the gum wall used to have a lot more gum on it. They had to clean it off a few years back because it was affecting the structure of the buildings. After they reinforced the building side, they started letting people put gum on it again
Heeey, you guys went to Serious Pie? That place is awesome! I went last year, but I just wasn’t able to go it this year. Still, I’m glad that you both went! Otherwise, it looks like you had a fun time in Seattle! It’s one of my favorite cities, so I think it’s cool that you were able to showcase the city in its glory (even if the Gum Wall is pretty gross, ha ha)! Thanks for the vlog!
The gum wall is featured in late '80s Green Arrow comic for the longbow hunters where the story begins with a murder there in Post Alley by the Seattle Slasher.... Twas a gum-free wall at the time.
I love that y’all loved the comment! Would be hilarious if y’all brought that up on the next episode and called Kit out (see if he remembers doing that) - and just make sure y’all shout me out for the OG call out credits lol (big fan, I’m 26 and feel like I grew up watching yall!
I've never been to events like this...that Splatoon 3 booth was freaking amazing! The recreated small areas from various Splatoon stages! I happened to watch this on Sept 8, 2022, less than 24hrs before Splatoon 3 launches & I'm incredibly hyped for it. Gotta say tho, I'm more of a Shiver fan 😆 Team Rock for the win!!!
Things never change and you two will always be icons of Nintendo. Seeing you meet with Reggie and hang out at the Splatoon booth make it look like you never left Nintendo. Looking forward to that chat with Reggie!
Would have been lots of fun to be there in Seattle myself, but this is the next best thing! Thanks for sharing so many awesome moments from the weekend 😄
I totally thought this was the Reggie interview. I knew it was next week, but when I saw it posted I was like yess! But alas..... 😢 Next time though... Have a good day
What a great vlog! It looks you had a great time at PAX West 2022 Of course, it's always nice to see Reggie! Also, it was a pleasant surprise to see your return to the Nintendo booth And finally, congratulations for finding new people on 3DS StreetPass in 2022!
What’s the story behind “cursed Flipnote Studio” location? Why is it cursed, and why is old DSi software at PAX? Is it just where Flipnote Studio once was?
Pink Gorilla is such a cool game store, probably the best in WA. Did you get to meet Cody and Kelsey at their booth? They also have a big presence on RUclips & Twitch. I want to visit them myself someday.
This was such a lovely vlog (even with the gum wall, lol)!! Strangely, my overarching feeling is relief at seeing everyone still wearing masks indoors ^_^U
Wow you spend time with Reggie. How weird did it feel being together without working for Nintendo? I'm sure y'all have had to go to events like this and its all "business" I imagine this trip felt more of a relaxing leisure.

This is without a doubt one of the sweetest and most thoughtful comments we've ever received here. Thank you!!
Lovely trip! Also I was that boo at your panel when you said you didn’t have StreetPass!

It's still disgusting.

Reggie hugging Krysta like that was so wholesome and humbling.
A video with the Regginator is always welcome; also, I am glad you got to see your old coworkers again ☺️
Nintendo is awesome can't imagine a world without them
Krysta’s pre-panel anxiety is so relatable!!! Glad you guys had fun, will be on the look out for Pax content on your podcast and show!

Thanks Yoshiller!
I thought you mightve been the person with the Yoshi hat in the audience, haha

You two are an absolute treasure!
lol Kit straight held the door for reggie *but then* let it shut on whoever was behind him lol (8minutes 23 seconds, press play)

are they together?
Ty for sharing your pax adventure with us!!
Why was the Bayonetta 3 booth empty and... underdecorated?
You guys were great at PAX! Thank you for sharing your time with us! (Feeling like Mike Wazowski, I'm in the podcast thumbnail pic!)
yoshi hat guy is everything. can we just get an episode dedicated to yoshi hat guy
20:24 !!!!! What a sighting
This was so awesome to watch! Thank you for sharing your experience
Chuggaaconroy cameo at 9:59
It was nice to see a decent turnout for the panel. Fun vlog, thanks for taking us along!
Would have been lots of fun to be there in Seattle myself, but this is the next best thing! Thanks for sharing so many awesome moments from the weekend 😄
How cool! I'm glad the Nintendo folks let them look in the booth too so we could all get a peek. :3 How nice.
very excited for the podcast with reggie! possibly the best first guest a podcast could have ;)
Ohhh I would like the story behind the cursed flipNote studio location!
I totally thought this was the Reggie interview. I knew it was next week, but when I saw it posted I was like yess! But alas..... 😢 Next time though...
Have a good day
Soon!

We talk about it in episode 29 of our podcast! It's the site of one of our biggest PAX failures....
I really hope to see you at PAX west 2023/Nintendo live!!!! Are you going this year?
Great to see you both just having fun at these events!
Kit holds the camera so high that sometimes you can just see Krysta's head in the shot! hahahah
That was really cool! I wish I could go to a game show sometime.
Pink Gorilla is such a cool game store, probably the best in WA. Did you get to meet Cody and Kelsey at their booth? They also have a big presence on RUclips & Twitch. I want to visit them myself someday.
I love these types of videos!
This was fun, the splatoon booth looked like a blast! cant wait to play it this weekend!
So what was the final tally on Street passes?
We got about 4-5 in a day
good to see you guys enjoyed some mole
Oh man the tunic pins! I want one.
I love splatoon 3. and i love this podcast thank you so much for show the splatoon booth and i hope you 2 have a very good day
i've never been to a event but if i were to go to one with you guys it would proably be the best one I ever go to
Great show and praise the dog!
Damn, Krysta's pronunciation of "pho" is on point
This was such a lovely vlog (even with the gum wall, lol)!! Strangely, my overarching feeling is relief at seeing everyone still wearing masks indoors ^_^U
I lived in Seattle and looked at that guy 100 times and never saw Mario and now I feel silly 😂
Wow you spend time with Reggie. How weird did it feel being together without working for Nintendo? I'm sure y'all have had to go to events like this and its all "business" I imagine this trip felt more of a relaxing leisure.
Great vlog!
Whoa those noodles look good!
Oh, Reginald!
I’ve never been to Pax West or Seattle. Should I go next year? I also haven’t been to Pax East, although I have been to Boston.
Both are a ton of fun if you're able to go!
Gum wall DLC for Splatoon?
I saw a bowl of pho and it made me hungry. Yummy!
That pizza looked soooo good. But can I just say that the gum wall looks so disgusting! This Seattle trip was AMAZING as a vlog for me thank you!!!!
nice job
Mexico here
I love u guys 💙
Tbh you didn't need to sell it to me, your potato pizza actually sounded delicious.
You two should totally do more travel vlogs, that is also gaming related of course 😄 Also waiting for Splatoon 3 tomorrow, it's gonna be a great time!
please tell me that you walked over to the lonely Bayonetta 3 both and spoke to them about the flip note days. My condolences to all the cursed.
The Bayonetta 3 booth was empty the whole time that Pax West was going on or something?
Totally agree. I'd rather lick the gum wall than eat a mayonnaise sando... That stuff's gr0ss
Reggie has a bald spot?! You guys have broken the story of the decade! You're burying the lede!
The totem can't be Mario. If it were, the Ninjas would've already cut it.
San Luis Obispo has a disgusting gum wall if you want to see one that's more local. Also Bayonetta deserved better than the Flipnote Studio fate!
Pizza needs more Pineapple...
good video, but I have a fear of seeing chewed gum
Smh audio on left only
20:49
I can tell by my expectations that it was a spit towards Nintendo's legal and HR departments
sometimes wish i had your jobs
Nintendo jobs?
I am in complete shock that Kit would rather lick and nasty wall of old used gum from other people’s mouths than eat food 🤢
Nintendo booth? AWKWARD
Why?
Lick the gum wall? If you want all the COVID in the world sure
