at 31:15 why are we registering the Facility from the HRP side, if we have already given the HRP URL in the previous step

Sir i have one suggestion, instead of allowing multiple ids, it will be better to make available an option for the patient to hide some portions of his/her medical history when going to one doctor and hiding other portions when going to another specialty linked to a single id.
This will avoid duplication and confusion arising out of multiple ids
