I know this is two years later, but phones have a way of knowing what craft I’m doing and recommend things to me. So you popped up. I bought a kit similar to the one you showed first, and it was wonderful to get a variety of needles and colors. The best part was mine came with little eyes and fastenings. The foam mat and needle holder had me quickly buying a small wool mat and better needles along with better quality wool. My first project was a little cat tucked into a teddy bear costume. So cute, but awful. With the kit mentioned ABOVE, however, I’d gained enough confidence to make some Christmas ornaments for a friend. Such a fun craft.
Glad you enjoy needle felting, sounds like your kit had quite a lot in it, but as you say better needle and a wool mat are a good investment if you want to continue felting, thanks for watching
Thank you so much for all your videos. I recently picked up a beginners’ cat felting kit- completely in Japanese! I ended up winging it completely. With the help of your videos, he actually turned out quite well!!
Where can I buy equipment? Did you buy it from the same place that sells crochet? Because I am Arab and I doubt that there is no place to buy Arabic currency without a visa
Are you able to buy on Amazon? I'm afraid I bought most of my supplies online from various craft suppliers. There are some uk Amazon links to the products I use in the description of my videos, but I'm afraid I don't know of suppliers in other countries. Thanks for watching

I use a pillow as a needle felting mat.
That's a great idea, but I would use an old pillow case as it might get wool stuck in it and some holes? 😊
@@juliesfeltedfriends I honestly just use a pillow that I couldn't care less about so that if the stuffing inside gets felted I don't care.
Sounds like a great money saving idea 👍
@@juliesfeltedfriends it is, I am a bit aggressive but it works perfectly.

@@juliesfeltedfriends Thanks, Does it work with Visa?
I'm afraid I don't know, you'd have to check on Amazon's website, hope you're able to find some materials.
