Its because of Special Contract (3 tier gift), when enemie is staggered it takes 33% of their max hp as fixed dmg
If you play team of 6, which 3 IDs would you put in to complete the team along with 3 Cinq?
Hmm, I'd go with some poise IDs, maybe BL, but BL Don will be better to use then
