That's just make me believe even more, that every young person, every teenager or even a preteen needs at least basic education in health, nutrition and freeking stress managing! I mean how many of us is there struggling most of our lives when it's all preventable! I just want to virtually hug you, you're in so much pain, and it's so unfair, and I wish you didn't have this experience. But I get you, I know what you're going through and I know, that you'll manage to heal and turn up stronger on the other side
Yeah I didn’t know how to deal with things from a young age and ended up turning to food for comfort. This lead to the whole restrictive to binging cycle. This time I want to change that. And thank you so much for the kind words. ❤️
A flawless diet doesn’t exist anyways! Thank you so much for sharing your journey, I can’t wait to see you crush your goals, we’re in this together! 💪🏼
I'm sorry you lost your cat ❤️ I've lost two cats, one in 2018 and one in December and then my tiny one was sick 15th of february -15th of march and when you mentioned having to put your little cat down I realized that I too will be too depressed to care about my body, health and weight if I lose another one of my babies. Losing them is a scary enough thought on its own but I don't want to lose myself in every possible way when that happens. Do you have any idea on advice on how to grieve while taking care of oneself? Thanks for sharing your story ❤️
I'm sorry you have struggled with binging. I feel the same way about calorie restricting to lose weight and binging because my calories are to low. You have done so great and your not alone!
Before you even mentioned ADHD medications, I was going to say: some of the things you were describing (ie. needing to eat to be able to study and complete tasks) kind of sounded like things I experienced before taking medication for my ADHD. I had a big issue with compulsive eating as part of my coping with untreated ADHD, and treating my ADHD def helped with that so much!! But yeah, like you said, working with a doctor and with a therapist or counsellor is certainly the right avenue to take when sorting out one's mental and physical health, and is usually going to be a part of a successful health and fitness journey!! 🙌🙌 It's really powerful to hear other people's stories, and I truly appreciate your openness speaking on these sensitive topics 💜It really helps to make people feel less alone in their experiences, and I'm personally very grateful to you for sharing your story 💜💜
Thank you so much for listening to my story! While it sucks that you went through something similar, I am glad you are getting the help you need! ❤️ Yeah getting doctors involved in a way did help me make strides and make sense of what was going on for me. In the end a lot of small changed helped me. Only hoping to improve from here! ☺️
In the UK covid lockdown I quickly got addiced to junk and drank more conbiand with no exercise I gained 75lb in 7 months when I returned to work they could hardly believe it
The root root cause is something missing in childhood, otherwise everyone would be a binge eater after only trying one diet and after any stress and that's not the case.

Thank you so much! I am hoping this time to stop this cycle, I know I’ll just end up repeating it again if I don’t.

According to Tabitha Farrar the root cause of binging is restricting at first...
The root root cause is something missing in childhood, otherwise everyone would be a binge eater after only trying one diet and after any stress and that's not the case.
