      Andy, is it a suitable unit with which to learn how to weld? Or too specialised? It’s a skill I’d love to acquire (tinkering on the farm etc) but I’m starting from zero knowledge of the subject. ..TIG/MIG/Arc/ Oxy Acetelyne… it’s a bit overwhelming to be honest but that unit is a cheap mistake to make, if I can put it like that😅

    • @JasonKane77
      @JasonKane77 4 месяца назад

      Stephen,
      Get a mig welder to learn with, far easier to start then once your happy then progress onto tig (bit harder to learn right) thats what ive done

  • @kalleklp7291
    @kalleklp7291 4 месяца назад +2

    For 150 € you get a DC TIG welder that also welds stick. That is unbeatable guys!
    For those who complain about the missing AC welding for aluminum:
    1. It would require the whole electronics that produce AC welding current and the different forms of pulses. It would be at a higher cost and it would be a higher weight.
    2. How many times do you ACTUALLY need to weld in aluminum?
    If you have a minimum of stuff to be TIG welded and/or want to learn how to weld ..buy it.

    Il faut savoir que la masse joue un rôle primordiale dans le soudage. Pour se faire vous pouvez améliorer celle-ci et l'adaptée à vos besoins.
    Commencez par fixez la masse sur un fer rond de diamètre 10mm de LG 30cm environ faite une pointe d'un côté et de l'autre soudez un fer plat pour y fixer la masse . A10cm de la pointe, pliez à l'équerre ou approchant.
    La pointe sera placée sur la pièce pour le contact
    Placez ce prolongement de la masse sur la pièce à souder.
    Cela facilitera l'amorçage qui est primordial.
    Attention à l'électrode Tungstène (ne pas innaler les poussières du meulage de l'électrode tungstène, elles sont hyper nocives pour les poumons ).

      Parkside es la marca propia de la tienda de descuento alemana LIDL. También tienen una tienda en línea. Aunque operan en todo el mundo, no sé si están en su área.
      Pero he visto que estas herramientas se venden nuevas por terceros en eBay y tal
      Parkside is the own brand of German discounter LIDL. They also have an online store. Although they operate worldwide I don't know if they are in your area.
      But I've seen that these tools are sold brand new by third parties on eBay and such

      And even if they sell crappy tools they are still cheaper than the others.
      Always remember you get what you pay for.

      @Homie I think is great when people talk about China Crap, China make crap because people want crap and want the crap as cheap as possible. China can and do manufacture quality products but be prepared to pay the prices.

      @Homie Have you been to China? The £1 pair of scissors we find in Poundland they do not use etc, have you seen their infrastructure, construction, rail systems, medical advancements, technology advancement etc etc. Of course, Taiwan, Japan, Korea etc of course, have an input in their manufacturing what country makes their own products in their entirety?
      Maybe you could do with a visit to China or at least do some research WITHOUT western propaganda. Back when the MADE in CHINA was rubbish it was a poor and different country, that said I mainly recall the made in Hong Kong as being rubbish and it was under British control.
      The Chinese will cater for your needs and wants.
      Mr Trump blamed CHIA CHINA CHINA not only on the virus but on stealing US industry. NO. Mr Trump is apparently a capitalist.
      US industry realised they could take their manufacturing to China and have their products produced to the same quality at a much lower cost.
      Those counpanies brought the products back to the US and didn't sell it cheaper but at the same price hence higher profit.
      Do not underestimat China, India next then Africa.
