@@johnwarner4178 I hope he gets one more segment with Cody before he goes on a break. We need to give the man his flowers before he disappears for a while.
In terms of WWE/Wrestlemania, you are correct. He was the workhorse in Saturday's main event and then put on a strong showing in Sunday's opener before being annihilated in Sunday's main. However, if we're looking across the entire landscape of wrestling across the weekend, Speedball Mike Bailey worked 9 shows from Thursday through Saturday.
Yeah, but will it lead to anything? Rock can still go apparently lol but can Undertaker pull off a high-profile match in, assumedly a year or so? WWE aren't going to do a Rock vs. UT match for Backlash or anything less than one of the big 4 shows, and I doubt very much it'd be anything other than Wrestlemania in the end.
Yes, and also......Seth wore the Shield outfit on purpose to distract Roman, but *what if* it was to also let Roman get his revenge at last? Maybe he wanted to reunite with his 'old friend' again & the only way was to get him out of the Bloodline, which wouldn't had formed if not for Seth's betrayal??? 🤔
My favorite moment of the entire weekend was the handshake between Cody and Seth at the end. What a way to finish the story that Seth was interjected to.
Roman Smiling while getting pinned The Shield Story coming full circle Again Seth The MVP of whole Mania Cody finally Finishing the story The Main Event The Entrances The only thing missing was Stone cold from The main event Thank You Papa H And I Am not the only one who thought Mox was back When Shield theme Hit ?

Or something like that. I just think especially because I found out afterwards it was national beer Day you got to have the glass shatter at some point Even at the end for a toast would have been great

The Rock screaming at Cena GET THE F*CK OF THE RING was hilarious i lost it.......then that bell....that ominous bell rang.....great main event definitely a era defining match Hats to the Rock for giving up his spot and helping create all this
I hated it! Hate when people are so disrespect to GOD, and most probably don't even know they're doing it. Michaels been in the evil business so I'm sure he knows. We shouldn't be using God's name in vain, in any way
Roman Reigns has reached that icon level. In 10-15 years when you hear that bass note and the choir sing, the crowd will pop in the same way they did last night for Cena, The Rock, and Taker.
I’m so puzzled by how many people were confused by Seth Rollins’ part in the main event. He was the MVP of the weekend in my book. He is The Architect. The one last thing he can do to get inside Roman’s head is put on his old Shield gear, and come in to their theme. Roman never got his get-back from that betrayal. He never beat Rollins clean. Not only does the Shield entrance mean that Roman and Rock have to stop and look for him, but Roman sprints across the ring to punch Rollins instead of going after Cody. Rock stops to yell at Rollins instead of hitting Cody with the belt. Then, in the 11th hour, when Roman can finish Cody off for good and win the match, he glances back and sees Rollins clawing his way back to his feet. In that moment, he chooses revenge over victory and hits Seth. SETH IS THE LITERAL SHIELD THAT TAKES THE PUNISHMENT AND LETS CODY GET BACK TO HIS FEET.
Night 2 was near perfection and so much better than Night 1. Every match was at least fun with the main event an incredible roller coaster ride. Fantastic. I would have to agree with all ups and no downs, even with me being usually very selective. Snoop Dogg was lots of fun (as always) and more than made up for a terrible Li'l Wayne on Night 1. Bayley vs Iyo Sky was tremendous. The Philly Street Fight was a good ride - not a classic, but a fun match. And the crowd volume and energy was so much louder and better than the freezing Night 1. I loved Night 2. What pro wrestling should be. Golden up.

Night 1 was uneven with a bumper in the middle but Night 2 was near perfect barring the Philadelphia Street Fight. The last 10 minutes with the GOATs Cena, Rock and Taker being involved literally elevated the whole event to another level. He wrestled for almost 55 total minutes across both nights, and had a pivotal role in three of the biggest talking points of WrestleMania XL. Seth is the unsung MVP of the weekend imo.
