Oh, hey that reminds me about the newer Bmw front dg. The switch is a pita to remove, and there is a secondary wiring harness that’s ran through the door panel, but there’s a good reason for that. The connection between the panel and the door wiring harness is at the front of the door, so you can just keep it plugged in, and rest the panel on the sill, while you work on the door itself. Makes it miles easier, and you don’t have to mess with pulling wires, or dealing with switches.
Is this a similar procedure for the older e46 sedans? I just cannot find any bids on how to replace the rear window glass for the e46. So trying to compare with other bmw models. No great luck so far, unfortunately.
You forgot to mention how you remove the window glass you said something about it slides on but how does it slide off I thought that’s what this video was about ....removing the door glass?
