Great idea, I often have company that enjoys a poached egg, and it takes too long to do them 1 or 2 at a time in a pan of water, so I will keep this idea and will use it when the occasion arises! Thanks!
Another recipe to add to my Keto folder for when I start! Probably another month, end of September, beginning October. Bless you. I hate doing eggs in a frying pan!
I used Pam Spray and it works really well. You can use a shallow pan of water and place it on the bottom of your oven and it will help with the cooking process and not burn your food.
Thank you for offering the tip. We have tried this method but because our oven is really really old and very small it doesn't cook our food. Takes a huge amount of time. We plan on just moving soon, hopefully very soon lol
A good trick for cooking poached eggs in quantity. Just use more muffin tins as opposed to a 4-cup egg poacher. The entire family can eat at the same time.
Absolutely! I have a couple muffin tins like this that I usually do at the same time. It sure does make it easy. I don't have a 4 cup egg poacher anymore either.
It can be interesting to figure out as every oven is different. Maybe do the jiggle test around 5-7 minutes. I hope this works well for you. Thank you for your comment and support. 🥰
lol Thank you, I am very clumsy and socially awkward person. I love to laugh and joke though, so I am keeping my blunders in the videos that I make lol We gotta laugh at ourselves! Thank you for your comments and support. 💙
Yep. but don't actually need the water, it does nothing, it is thinner so it just pushed to the top and evaporates before it heats enough to contribute. I use avocado oil sprayed on, 350ºF for 10 to 15 minutes, at 9 or 10 min giggle check. For my oven I just take them out 10 minutes and perfect for me with a nice runny yolk. Leave longer up to 15 minutes for hard cooked through. 😊👍
Great idea! Thank you,! 😊

Thank you.
I want my yolk very runny… especially for eggs Benedict. I’d just need to figure out the accurate time in my oven.

🥚🥚🥚🥚👍👍👍👍
Fake RUclipsr vs Real RUclipsr. Fake, drop egg, make entire new pan. Real, drop egg, heheh real life. I loved this!

I love doing my eggs like this but i do not use water. I call them Baked Eggs.

If i don't use the water my eggs stick and I lose part of them. Others have had the same issue. That is why I suggest the water.
Rendered bacon fat.
Yes! Good suggestion! 🥰
