    Mr. Petkov has the most smooth sound based on his extraordinarily sophisticated technique.

    Wunderbare, aber nicht übertriebene barocke Spielweise. Freudig, von allen. Grandiose Technik auf dem Horn. Sensationell.

    As a former trumpet layer and now bass trombone player, I grew up in love with the tone and way of playing demonstrated by Armando Ghitalla. The ease and lightness of playing, especially in the highest registers, singingly. In this respect and especially as shown in this piece, Mr. Petkov is a more than worthy successor to Maestro Ghitalla. He disproves the idea, that you have to bash your way into the highest heights of brass playing.
    Well done, sir!!

      A corno da caccia was originally a valveless hunting horn, so this is not exactly the same, but at least it is not a trumpet. Shaped like a French Horn more than a Flugelhorn. Well done all the same.

      The strings were too soft, so he had to play really soft the whole time. Unfortunately, it is hard to play this concerto pianissimo for every note, but he did pretty well. ;)

    Sorry, was für ein Horn? Ein solches Corno da caccia ist lediglich eine Trompete/Flügelhorn mit Aussehen eines Horns. Ein Horn hat eine andere Mensur (konische Bauform), kleineres Mundstück, linksgriffig, etc.. Oder glaubt wirklich jemand, dass sich ein Trompeter an ein richtiges Corno da caccia wagt?

    • @fanfareakademie532
      @fanfareakademie532 Год назад +1

      Hervorragend gespielt! Dennoch! Hier hast Du vollumfänglich recht. Es ist und bleibt halt kein "Corno da chaccia". Für ein Corno da Chaccia wäre es fast "schwindelnde Höhe" und niemand weiß wie es geklungen hat, geschweige denn wer es, und wie es uraufgeführt wurde. Mit diesem Instrument was eher einen Flügelhorn gleicht ist es eher normaler Spielbereich. Ich möchte dennoch die Leistung dieses Supertrompeters nicht schmälern. Dieses Konzert wurde ursprünglich ja auch für Horn geschrieben.

      Es besteht ein nicht zu verachtender Unterschied zwischen einem "Jagdhorn" und einem "Corno da Caccia".
