  • I found a dealer in Chateau-Thierry, France selling XP's mini Sluice. I bought it and had it shipped to my place of employment last week.

Looks like you had it dialed in pretty good, great review on the sluice. I like how it pushed the flow, and created a good pass through the catch zones.

I've seen a few videos from overseas on the Sluice and it didn't look like they were running it as hard as they should be. I just want to good slope and good water and really wasn't getting the amount of water that I wanted to but it was active.

Thank you and thanks for watching, a lot of the places that I go to there quite a bit of a hike off in from where ever I've parked. Iowa isn't just cornfields farms. Alot timbered areas nowadays from sketchy happenings in the past I go in armed To enjoy the hobby that we all do Prospecting for gold.

Cool little sluice awesome for backpacking. Aluminum are heavy. I can’t wait to try the pan lol 👍🏻👍🏻

I agree aluminums are heavy and then you add up the mat if that's what you're running or riffles and everything else they do get heavy.

Well I can't make a living off of finding gold here in the Midwest but it is fun.

Well I've ventured down into Missouri and found pretty good gold. i've really been trying to get around to a lot of different places at least that's what I did last year. I don't really want to get stuck at one location and just work that area. I don't want to miss out on a killer hotspot only because I didn't want to do any exploring that's kind of what prospecting is all about. I wish I could retire I would be traveling all over the place looking for great locations. I get tired of watching people on RUclips that are pulling out big chunky pieces of gold that's what I want to find here in the Midwest but you have to do your researching and exploring to find that.

I've done enough research almost all of Iowa I have a prime example I've done more research but I don't have enough time to check all the creeks. If you ever watch Joe with Beefy Prepper the Golddigger the spot that he first started working I looked at and research two years before he started gold prospecting I always thought it looked pretty good but just never made it out there.

Looks like a nice little sluice. Easy to pack in and out.

Yeah I'm going to devise a little power feed for it and round up my battery and bilge pump and I think I could go work a few areas with that

It’s pretty compacted and light. Wondering how it will do with beach sand (black sand ) . Thank Tye for the review

One section of glued mat, is the weight of this sluice. But that's just my opinion. I'm going to make a little mini jet flare that I can run off my 2200 gallon per minute Johnson bilge pump hook it up to the top of the Sluice that way I can just go in with a pack frame a bucket the pump and battery and be able to better sample areas.

How did your home made nozzle preform? Can't find a video of you testing it.

I'm gonna work on that video on Monday and try to get it up on RUclips here in the next couple of days. I usually get a lot of dredging in during the course of the warm months but this year it's been all mainly searching different areas of the state.

Let me see if I can look that up for you, I got it off of eBay from a dealer in Europe and he sent it to me from France. I don’t know if he still has any because this has been over a year ago. But let me see if I can search my history in eBay.

All right on eBay I just did a world wide search. Because the guy I bought it from I couldn’t find on his website but funny thing is this is located in France I don’t know if it’s the same guy. I suggest if you want it you contact them right away because everybody else is going to see that it’s a nice little Sluice I do like it.

Talk to the guy, that’s what I did. I contacted him the guy I bought through and asked him if he would ship it to me. He said yes. You’re not gonna find them over here in the US. Dream Matt got pissed that another company came out with a design like theirs. Don’t really care for Dream Mat, and don’t care about Dream Mat. I contacted the guy I texted him and told him my location and asked him if my money was good enough to buy that’s sluice he said yes I got on PayPal I sent a conversion from US to euro and I got it from France in two freaking days. Just because his site says nothing about your shipment. You know they’re there just trying to make a sell contact him.
