Here's what I would do. Send her a demand letter with supporting documents through your lawyer explaining the entire chain of events and offer her 2 choices. 1. She returns the $3k in full and you will give her the $42 replacement earrings to make her whole; or 2. She returns the $3k less $42. Give her a reasonable time frame to respond with the caveat that failure to do so will result in your filing a claim against her in small claims court..... Best Regards. Get your $3000.00 back❤

I had a traumatic birth with my son and they had to take my uterus. After he was born, people would ask me if I was having more and I'd say no. Every single time they would ask me why and I didn't want to have to relive that over and over but until I said I had no uterus they wouldn't leave me alone. I'm really proud of you Heather. There have been a couple of times in my life that good friends have lied about me and believed. This was such a great interview with Sai! I would love to know more about her, like Vogues 72 Questions.
