This long version always reminds me to a sumnerholiday of my youth in 1987 at the Baltic Sea in Karlshagen on Usedom-Island - Thereatime I heard it just one time on a fairground there and it's nice to hear it again after all these years👍😍😎

One of my very favorite remixes of a Cyndi Lauper song. She’s Pettibone did this remix, (He is probably most famous for writing, producing, and re-mixing Vogue for Madonna) he did a stellar job on this remix. Sounds so exotic that had never been heard before. He was the go to guy for several years during the 80s to remix your track if you were a celebrity. His live sets are even more fun. He did the original remix to the Salsoul Orchestras song “Ooh, I love it, love break”. If you listen to that track closely, you can hear elements of Vogue that were taken from it. In fact, they sued Madonna over vogue, claiming that the horns in vogue were taken from the track, “Ooh, I Love It, Chicago Bud Stop” The lawsuit lasted for 25 years, and they lost. What a waste of time. And how unfair that was. Because it is clear and obvious that Madonna and Shep Pettibone stole the sound from that disco record. Check it out, if you are interested. It’s all here on RUclips. Also, Madonna and Shep took from ‘MFSB, “Love Is The Message” and I don’t mean that they took little pieces. They stole the entire base line. Listen to it and tell me that it’s not true.

Shep did SO MANY amazing remixes, it's hard to say Vogue was his most famous remix. My personal favorite is his remix of New Order's Bizarre Love Triangle; so iconic that anyone who's heard Bizarre Love Triangle has likely only ever heard his version.

frequency and modulation issues. My vinyl transfer produced a better result even with condition.
