I would not call it HATE it's like the FANS are frustrated with the way the Defense and Offense have done their job and after the big lose against Tampa it looks like it really does not matter which quarterback starts it's the offense protecting the quarterback and defense unable to stop the rush and passing coverage that have the issue. Last season the team finished on a positive note for this season which is now a wait till next season reality and it's too bad.
I agree. But most of the hate, the visceral hate has been misdirected. If DJ has been so bad, and there are parts of his performances where you can say that, why did the coaches keep sending him out there. Three different coaching regimes continued to put him out there. The fact is the Giants front office and ownership has done a horrible job of producing talent. Dragging a quarterback that gave 100% on the field day in and day out.... whether his 100% was enough for winning not, he gave 100% every day and was dragged through the mud for it. Drag the coach. Drag the GM. Drag ownership. Don't drag the player. Just bench him.
