- Today we are covering our new E46 Billet Aluminum Clutch Pedal and showing the steps you would need to take to install it in your E46. While we do show the installation process on the workbench, we recommend installing it while the pedal assembly is still in the car; the process was only filmed on the workbench to showcase the steps more clearly.
Our Billet E46 clutch pedal is designed to be a one-time upgrade that will never snap, crack, or get loose. The OEM plastic clutch pedal can get weaker with age and has been shown to fail under heavy use at the track or drifting; especially with clutch kicks. This is your chance to replace it once and for all with our billet aluminum clutch pedal.
This replaces part number: 35311163870
Not to mention this pedal has zero play! With our brass pedal bushings already pressed in and a precision ground shoulder bolt to replace the plastic OEM hardware, there is no better-feeling pedal on the market! This would be a great time to also replace your brake pedal bushings with our brass units to fix the side-to-side play in your pedals.
You will need to reuse your Grommet for your return spring (D=7.5MM OEM part number: 35411113728)

Great content! Lots of little things in builds that people overlook or don’t think of.
Omg this is what I was looking for, good looks for the content!!
Appreciate it! 🙏🙏
you guys should make a video about fitting the e30 m3 style bumpers
We intend on shooting an installation video on this in the future so stay tuned!
hey i was wondering if this would work with a e36???
We have an e36 version here: www.garagistic.com/products/e36-billet-clutch-pedal-325i-m3-328is-35311158659
Does this also provide a shortened pedal throw and lower the clutch pedal height to be level with the brake?
It is based on the factory geometry so the pedal throw and height will be the same as oem 👍
@@garagistic it would be cool to incorporate a lower pedal height into the equation. For example have you ever tried the mason pedal ? I’ve got one and it’s the best thing I’ve bought in a long time. I’ll be needing another soon for a customer car so I was interested in yours but if it’s stock height that might not be what we are looking for
Do you think this will work on an e39?
We haven't tested this just yet but will test this soon on one of our customer service guy's E39!
@@garagistic that would be awesome. If you need an oem pedal, I can ship it to yall.
It may be reliable but it feels sketchy as s***
Why’s that?
Are you referring to the stock clutch pedal? Our billet clutch pedal feels 1000x stronger and more safer than oem. It almost feels like a simulator/game because of how little play there is with the new clutch
