- Here's my experience taking my Canada medical test at IOM Makati. I figured that documenting this part of my life is exciting and would be fun to watch maybe a year from now hehe. I now plan to go in Summer Intake next year and it's a looong way to go, maybe I did my medical too early ~ oops. FYI: We spent like 6-7hrs..9am to 3:30pm including lunch break. nag patagal yung last payment ko.. nasira yung printer nila 😅 1700 additional pag may tattoo. Urine/Nurse assessment including basic Eye test/Blood/X-Ray/Doctors assessments basic lang pero pag huhubadin ka nya as in underwear lang 😅 pero hndi ka naman nya hahawakan parang gusto nya lang makita gaano karami ang tattoo mu 😅. 2 valid ID government po ok lng ba ung ID nya is nung single pa sya? Di pa kasi kami nakakakuha ng ID. Pero meron sya sss voters id nung single last name nya.

Hi Ms. Kiara. Ask ko lang po kung meron pa kayong alam na ibang way para makapag-appointment. Wala pong lumalabas na available slots sa mymedical. Almost 1 week na ako nagttry. 😅
Matagal po talaga makahanap ng appointment 😅. Ilang weeks din po ako nag schedule bago may available slot.

I did upfront so results are passed sa IRCC days after your medical. If hindi ka binalikan sa email after 1 week, it means pasado

It’s part of the requirements when applying for a visa, you have to do it upfront if you want to apply via SDS!

They will ask if u have tattoos, will check your temp/bp/heart rate, and magkakapa lang if meron bukol sa katawan etcetc

I cannot book my appointment because when I click the date there is no time slot appearing.
This likely means there's no timeslot available on the site. Need to book way in advance po 😊

just to add up sir after medical niyo after 5-7working days pwede niyo email si iom for the medical result. andun narin po yung instructions to follow up your medical results thru email and very responsive sila. incase my findings sa medical niyo eemail po kayo ni iom if wala at ok ang result direct na po yung result sa IRCC. naka pagmedical ako june 21,2022.

Regular eye test lang parang pumunta sa optometrist, babasahin lang letters from afar. Okay lang din if may contacts/glasses ka during the eye test 😊

No private parts po. You would have to undress and put on a patient gown. Only the upper body will be examined (kakapa lang if may bukol sa katawan or whatsoever). And the doctor will ask if you have tattoos. If im not mistaken, may additional procedure if may tattoos.

Hi po. Nag online appointment din po ako kanina lang and nakasched napo ako for july 11. Baka internet problem lang po yung sainyo or mismong system ng IOM. Hope this help you po.
