He will never eclipse Klopp. He won't last beyond 2 seasons unless he does well from the start either.

That's what people said last season then they lost just one game at home, scored the most goals of any club in the country, lost the fewest games and won automatic promotion six points ahead of Leeds. They've also got one of the best managers in the country. I wouldn't write them off. They just need to do better than the two promoted clubs (who couldn't beat Ipswich last season and Leicester will have a points deduction) and one other side.
Different league , at the most they should of just escaped relegation , harder to do that in the Premier League but don't get me wrong they have still done very well for themselves anyway.
@@peterruff5810 Yes it will be challenging but remember to stay up they need to do better than Leicester (who couldn't beat Ipswich last season and who will have a large points deduction), Southampton (whom Ipswich beat home and away) and one other club. That's all. Given the financial resources Ipswich have, their set up, manager, support and momentum, I don't think this is beyond their capabilities. Not least because Fulham and Bournemouth came mid table in their first season up in 2022.
