Hi Brian! A couple of years later, I'm still over the moon about my Civic 1.5 Turbo. It's the exact same blue colour as this one! I have a CVT, and I have the exact same 6.2L/100km fuel efficiency. Absolutely love it, looks cool, drives wonderfully, has the Honda reliability and is plenty fast. I actually always drive in Eco mode: the CVT remains very quiet and smooth around town, and behaves like a torque converter when I give it the beans. Really nice car, its a pity they have moved away from the 1.5 turbo. But it will be interesting to see your videos on the new hybrid, maybe even an acceleration test for the new one. That would be great.
I like the 1.5, I think it’s still available in Japan and America. Unfortunately we don’t sell new Honda anymore so we won’t be getting the new hybrid at the garage I work in 😞
Brian always find your videos informative and i ended up picking a 1.5 sport plus in orchid white which i think is what they call the gt model over here. im just nervous cause my last car was an old diesel opel corsa from 2007 so its a bit of a step up. Thanks again.
