    I wish i knew how to program it properly. How heavy, how often, how many sets/reps, when to go up in weight, etc

    Weightlifting and doing muscle snatch was really what made all the lifts click for me. The idea that you're constantly moving vertically up, you're not pulling back or forth or doing any sort of swing, your body just extends vertically with the bar. That very intuitively made all the joints work in sync. Or the idea that when you start your squat, hip and knees start moving together. It's one connected chain of links, not separate parts. And you can feel it when it isn't working like that, it's smooth and natural if it does, otherwise it's like a challenge and requires focus.

    A cue that helped me with my hip is to get the bar directly under my shoulders at the start position. It automatically makes me adjust to the right hip position.
