Tried Tom Ford & Molton Brown, MB won hands down, I cannot fault their products. Absolutely wonderful.
I smelled this today, and I fell in love with it. For me, the dry down resembled something like the dry down of Fahrenheit (I've not smelled Spicebomb to compare)
It's that dry down which I love, it smells so smooth and takes my mind somewhere nostalgic, & familiar, but I'm not sure where...

I like the molton brown fragrances the russian leather/ oud and the caju and lime are worth checking out well blended and interesting they all come in those tom ford style boxes they are reasonably priced (or at least they are here in london )

Btw, what was one blind buy that caught you off guard with how great it ended up smelling? On the flip side, what's one that disappointed you the most?
For some reason I'm reminded of the Creed for kids haha.
Man I've bought so many things blind. Creed for Kids wasn't great but I didn't expect it to be really. Rasasi Dirham was brutally bad to me. Guerlain L'Homme Ideal Cologne was actually much better than I was expecting.
What about the damn body wash? Does it smell similar and does the scent last all day?
Ashton, i got the Molten Brown before i became interested in fragrances, so i had no idea what the Tom Ford looked like. I liked the TA but wore it every day for 6 months and became anosmic. More Havana than TV to me.

How about a top 10 of bedtime scents. Not for attraction to your partner but for your own enjoyment. I guess longevity silage and projection are all irrelevant. As is dry down. Inexpensive with a great opening I guess.
If the worst thing youve done after an open bar HH is blind buying a fragrance...you are a better man than I am. Ill check it out..yhe Embassy Open bar I mean. Great find brother

Ashton's the reason I'm up to 41 diff fragrances. My huge fave this winter has been VR Spice Bomb. I saw SPICE BOMB Intense can you review and compare pls. I buy so many blind and am rarely disappointed Bought Hugo Boss the one I suspect it's a fraud cos it's so sour
My wife n i are fans of their body wash. She has two perfumes EDT of which one is heavenly gingerlily.
I saw a bunch of those at Saks in Chicago, they seem to be quality

I bought this too, although I wasn't expecting miracles and it's not bad, it's not something I'd buy again. Their Russian Leather, though... That one is great.
