All 3 recipes work! I am 60 years old and have dark brown hair 80 cm long. Because of problems and stress, I got gray hair. I learned herbalism and know my stuff. I use these recipes and others regularly. Plus I eat 2 tablespoons of black sesame every day. I use rosemary water for shine.
My hair is long and extremely strong. Sensational volume and it feels so soft that it's a joy to grab and play with 🙂
Alle 3 Rezepte funktionieren ! Ich bin 60 Jahre alt und habe dunkelbraunes 80 cm langes Haar. Wegen Problemen und Stress bekam ich graues Haar. Ich habe Kräuterkunde gelernt und kenne mich aus. Ich benutze diese Rezepte und andere regelmässig. Pluss esse ich jeden Tag 2 Esslöffel schwarzen Sesam. Für den Glanz benutz ich Rosmarin Wasser.

I think it was burdock oil? Burdock is a broad soft-leafed plant with flowers that look like thistles. It's a weed but has long been known for its health giving properties. It seems to be good for pretty much everything.
As with dandelions, people seem to be especially interested in burdock root? Roots being full of goodness to grow new leaves for the plant. You know!
But, please don't gather wild burdock without very good plant knowledge because there are wonderful weeds, such as dandelion and burdock, but - I am sure you know - many deadly weeds!
