Honestly, that's why TNS' ratio tournaments always feel great to me. Granted, some people play throwaway characters that you can tell they haven't mastered, but the matches are still pretty fresh.
@@DPL58 Spacing, footsies, good reads, patience, matchup knowledge , defense, etc. Solid fundamentals can be applied across any and all fighting games. Thats why you players like Justin Wong, Chris G, Kazunoko have success across so many different games.

Man's knows his cancels it's a pain to get those but dante goes stupid with them I have 1 of them down but the one cancel to volcano that you can basically infinite loop and bully the opponent into a corner I cannot do because I need a fight stick doing stinger+bold move+dp motion med punch on a gamepad is a bitch I can do the one the kept calling happy birthday it's heavy+ forward light+launcher then quater circle back + light very very quickly and the stinger cancels out with bold move then you cancel the jump frames with reverb shock quater circle back+ light and then spam heavy for 3 seconds and do quater circle forward+two buttons because you're already pressing heavy it makes most sense to hit medium+heavy and it will do million dollars then spam all the buttons
No. It was just the truth. 90% of J Wongs time is making content and family time, 10% tournaments. In his competitive days those stats were reversed. His greatness over his career puts him in to BE a content creator. Not "ruthless", just hilarious and true.

Its just like SF5 when Laura and Poison were the low tier but he won his first big tournament with them and even the commentators said they could not believe someone won with a Laura and a Poison since Poison was low tier on release then top tier later on. Throughout all of SF5 his was the only Laura, noone hardly used her except like 2 others who'd get her to top 64 or top 24 on rare occassion but Idom was the only one who'd win with her. He is doing the same with Manon and learning more tech and matchups. For SF5 Infiltration won with Juri in EVO Japan before, people have won with Sakura, Fang, and other low tiers. Hoping to see more of that in SF6 with unique character wins like a Lily player who recently won a tounament but people called her cheap cuz she's a grappler, already with the excuses on why someone wins lol. Hopefully just trolling but still lol. I like seeing Idom's Manon, was fun seeing his manon in top 8.
By having Yipes run around the house shouting f bombs and being real thuggery for the audience there. This is a money match, and that vibe just needed the "back alley, rolling dice and being real sketch" type of atmosphere.
Point Dante is a beast especially with the right assists (Bolts, Cold star, Vajra, Samurai Edge) but most people don’t want to deal with Bold-cancelling and most Dante players are fanboys that love playing him anchor.
because point dante isn't that good. he has comparatively low damage compared to most point characters and you lose out on being able to use jam session and million dollars THC

If you live with your parents and pay no rent and have no other responsibilities, then you should be fine for 2-4 years, but that's not a dollar amount to sit back and relax after 5 years went by. Agreed, even in the first match down to his last character against three, the commentators said they might as well move on to the next game but he brought it all the way back without xfactor and almost won but didn't get a hit confirm the way he wanted. You can tell Justin was a lil rusty at the beggining but he picked right up super quick 😂. The fact that he can achieve this level of gameplay with such a middle of the road team speaks volumes about the skills of the GOAT!
He still dropped some combos. Marvel Gods don't usually drop combos. On another note, twice Flocker also dropped/didn't capitalize against Ray Ray in their winner's bout.
