Today's makeup look is all under $10 from Target. I bought a variety of beauty products that are new to the market and some makeup that I already had in my collection to create a full face. I have some new skincare, tinted moisturizer, eyeshadows, mascara, and of course new lip products. I also do a wear test to see how every single product wore throughout the day.

I was so excited to see the tinted hydrator! Set with translucent powder and it won’t move around. Don’t need much of a primer, the puddy primer is plenty and it’s amazing!!! I can’t find a better tinted moisturizer.
Yes that's my perfect combo (the tinted moisturizer and the elf putty primer) for my 40yr old skin!! Especially for the summer heat so far! I love those 2 products together and so thankful i finally found my holly grail. 💖
If you want a good powder blush under $10 from Target, try the Milani baked blush. It is AMAZING

The pilling is definitely the product you have on under the foundation. I use this foundation a lot and I never have any issues. ❤️

Loving that eyeshadow palette!! Reminded me of the Elf bite size
Another similar product that I’ve been really enjoying for these muggy late spring days is Revlon Colorstay Light Cover foundation. I got mine at Walmart. It’s $11 here but it’s so good for when you just need a little coverage. It also has SPF so it smells like SPF but it doesn’t have a scent otherwise. And it doesn’t pill even with primer like some of my other foundations.
I used this revlon too, with the revlon candid anti-pollution powder. My skin is soooooo mixed, nothing good for it, but theeeese products made miracle with my skin. From 8am to 8pm, i"ve supermatte skin, with no afterpowdering! :D
The Wet n Wild tinted hydrator is one of my favorites!!! Absolutely love it!!
I've been using the wetnwild tinted hydrater for a few weeks now and it feels/wears really well, but yes certain primers or spf make it feel sticky, so gotta be carefull.
I definitely want to try the Tinted Hydrator. Love the eyes!
Would love to see you use NYX Honey Dew Me Up primer! $15 on Amazon & I found it actually helps hold my makeup in place! I love the NYX line of makeup! I also have those same hair clips!
I have used the wetnwild tinted hydrator with my go to under makeup spf(Elta Md UV elements) and it wore beautifully with no pilling. Really enjoyed it. Love your content.
My HG sunscreen!!! Works with LITERALLY EVERYTHING!
I found that the tinted hydrator melted off on everything. I had to spray or powder during the day.
That lipstick works amazing. Love how long it lasts.
Love Sky High, favorite mascara of all time. Gives me great length, I use GrandeLash so my lashes are very long already also. But most importantly, does not smudge AT ALL. My eyelashes touch my brow bone area and every mascara smudges right there. This one does not! 🙌
I have had no issues with the Wet N Wild tinted hydrator pilling. Its a beautiful product. Definitely one of my faves out of all the newer tinted moisturizers that have come out recently.
Can you try out and review Ovanaf Beauty makeup? They are an 'affordable luxury beauty and makeup product company thats online and catalog based.' They are '100% organic, vegan, all natural, and allergy friendly." Prices range from $2.00 to $24.00 and they seem to have a lot of sample sized options. I really want to see if their products are good. I did try their sugar scrub ($2 for 17ml and $8 for 4oz I think) which is their best seller and that was really good.
I love their sugar scrubs! Their AP Balms are amazing as well especially for the texture on my face.
Oh yessss! Malibu PLEAASEEEE try Ovanaf Beauty out!!!! I haven't tried any of their products yet but I so want to! Affordable luxury? Like whaaaat? I want to see a review!

I have found W&W foundations don't do well with some primers. In my case, ELF primers. I suspect the problem is that one is water based and the other is oil based. But not sure.
I got the wet n wild tinted hydrator about a month ago and it definitely never pilled on me. I bet it was probably the SPF and the second primer that you used.. but keep playing with it because I love that tinted hydrator so much I even got my grandma to get it bc I sent her a picture of myself wearing it! It has amazing coverage and feels like I’m wearing absolutely nothing on my skin. I got the “light” shade.

Milana, for the lip product to last all day you have to lock it in with the gloss that it comes with. You'll see a huge difference. ☺️
This particular lippie is a standalone product, it's kind of self setting. I bought it last week and I love it. It's not overly drying. It probably would have lasted longer if she wouldn't have added the gloss on top, because it breaks down faster. Mine lasted all day.
@@cm_mb I thought that was the new one that also has the gloss finish? Do they have two different ones now? If so that's exciting. I don't like the NYX lip lingerie because I find them incredibly sticky but I've heard wonderful things about their new stay all day type products.

The one with the double ended applicator (color and gloss) that you're thinking of, I can't seem to find that one, it's sold out.
There's a second one, same as in the video. It's a newer formula, long lasting, with same Lingerie name, but XXL added to differentiate from the previous Lingerie product. It's a long lasting formula, but very smooth, and beautiful colors, lasts all day. It's my new favorite!

I might need to try out that lipstick. I hat lipstick that transfers to everything and I have to reapply many times during the day. I don’t mind putting on gloss or chapstick a couple times.

I’ve really been interested in trying this lol control and mattifying line from elf, I’ve heard good things. I still haven’t been able to find an spf that I like to wear under my makeup. I’ve had my eye on the supergoop unseen sunscreen, I like that it’s translucent. Your makeup look was beautiful, I loved that lip color on you!

Curious about the tinted hydrator. The lipstick color was definitely too cool toned for me, if I go too cool I kind of end up looking washed out and, well, dead.
This look is better on you than other ones you have had before
I find when I use the wet and wild tinted hydrator it is sticky. I am not sure if it was just that or what I used under it
Just wondering if the Milani primer is silicone free m, very light and gives a matte finish what are they using. Dimethicone is the only occlusive and blurring component with a lightweight feel is with silicons.

I use light/medium in a maybelline brand... so I got the same...I should have gotten light...

I love the nyx bare with me setting spray! Unfortunately its been discontinued in UK ☹ no other drug store setting spray that I've tried has come close to it. Does anyone have a recommendation for one to replace it? Thank you x
Honestly? Rosewater is a great alternative to Bare With Me. Any rosewater spray will do. Either that or, if you want something for heavier makeup, ELF's new Stay All Night Setting Mist. It does wonders for thicker, full coverage foundations. I've heard it's it's dupe for Urban Decay's Up All Night. 😊
@@moogarland thank you for your reply! I'm not sure about rosewater as I don't like rose scent. I've also tried the urban decay all nighter and I don't like it if I'm honest as it dries out my skin. I might try the elf spray though as I might get on better with it. Thank you!

I'm a new subscriber and i'm telling you at least in chicago, target does not have any cheap makeup. Prob where you live are the prices great, but not by me, thats for sure.

Also i noticed nyx and elf, at least at target, have the same old products, esp the eyeshadows. Very boring. Just being honest as to what i've seen so far.
Love your make up you look really pretty but why use two blushes you had already put a gorgeous looking blush why did you need to add to that?? I ware make up nearly everyday I don't do a full face of foundation and all that stuff I just use brozona, a blush, eye liner and mascara I just don't get why you used two blushes when you only needed the one blush

This look is not good - the one you did with the revlon photoready candid, and loreal eyeshadow was so much nicer
