you're right my life has changed after your podcast, I learnt a lot from you , you gave enough motivation that I always take decision by listening your such an inspiring intellectual videos
38:30 I want to add something similar, In Japan Parking was a Problem like when you Buy a Car The Police from the area literally Brings a measurement tape to see if you even have a Parking space in front of your house to Park the car if you own it , so they came up with the solution ,Just like in Pakistan In a society or area there is one or two plots/lands are left empty for years it's in Japan as well so In Japan you have to pay tax for the land as well even when the house is not built so keeping the land as is for the long term is very costly because they have to pay the taxes so they came up with the solution that in an area where 2-3 lands are empty the landowners made parking lots in it and so all the people living in the area park their cars there and the landowner gets paid 10000 yen per car monthly ,what happens is people now have a space to park their cars and the landowner don't have to worry about the tax since they can pay taxes from the money they get from parking lot and it's also profitable for them ,they keep it as a parking lot until they decide to build their house on that lot. Now in Pakistan jitne bhi khaali plots hain woh kachra kundi bne hue hain woh bhi itna ke road tak bhara hua hai 20-20 saal se eik plot khali hai likin woh kachre ka dher bna hua hai ulta environment ko nuqsaan pohoncha rha hai
It's regarding Question # 3, I totally agree with, "If kids are playing in masjid let them, one day they'll realize and pray at their own." I live in US and few years ago I used to go to the masjid with my little cousin brother everyday during Ramadan. Every year he eagerly awaits for Ramadan so that he can go to the masjid and play with his friends during prayer (Namaz breaks), but this also encouraged him to pray on his own. I've seen other kids who used to play with him they all are grown up now but still most of them still comes to masjid for namaz. So, instead of stopping or beating children we should encourage and attract them to come to our masajids. If you take the examples of our beloved Prophet Muhammad P.B.U.H. He never treated kids inadequately, he always showed love and respect towards them.
Yeah so true. In most countries outside south asia, Muslims treat mosque more like a community center. Yes there is a prayer room to pray but the rest of space is open to everyone and shoes can be work in most areas outside the prayer room. There are usually gyms, meeting rooms, yoga rooms, etc.
I live in karachi and walk to my university everyday. There are people who bring their bikes on the sidewalk when the signal is closed. I experience this every single day and my whole morning is ruined. They honk at me as if i am the one walking in the middle of the road, the traffic constables do absolutely nothing about this. I even spoke to them and they said something about how they'd need a new traffic constable in a specific spot to stop the whole situation. I am a patriotic person but every single morning I lose hope in the people of pakistan.
15:00 Elon Musk, world's 2nd richest man, is also a stammerer, he is relatively normal when chatting or giving interview, but go listen to his long speeches or presentation, he starts stammering...but still people listen to him, because he has made himself un-ignoreable
I am gonna have to say, the sidewalks/footpaths question is the most crucial one. Western World is built on sidewalks. It may sound silly, but believe me, walking has been a major part of western people. sidewalks for pedestrians and bicyclists. I have been living in Germany for 3 years and never felt the need to even own a bike. Sidewalks everywhere, you can even easily go for a jog. You can easily go anywhere without having to kickstart your CD70 and waking up the entire muhalla just to bring dahi from a market 5 mints away from your house. We have money, we have resources, but we don't have imagination and vision. Out urban planning is shoddy, sleazy workmanship, no future planning. Country where people measure economy in terms of car prices, only these things can be expected. Islamabad has been relatively doing better in this regard, but densely populated cities like Karachi and Lahore can benefit from sidewalks so much, if they ever think about it. Sorry to burst the bubble, but we are living in a freaking runt as pointed by Junaid bhai, people who have never been outside Pakistan only think Pakistan is the best place to live, fool's paradise. Dimaagh kholo bhai, dunya se seekhnay k liyay boht kuch hay. and its not even that hard. just an adjustment of attitude is needed. Positive attitude. a will and drive to change. Change starts from within. Goron ki skin color unhain hm se behtar ni bnata, their attitude and mannerism does. thats why they are far ahead. they think and not just for themselves but for their country as well. idhr bc Bahria town mein corner plots walay dreams le kr bethay huay hain bs.
Believe me man, been crying out loud about that for years. Guess thats what you get from playing too much GTA and watching movies a lot. It hurts me even more as I am a Civil Engineer and nothing we build in our country is merely related to what Civil Engineering is supposed to be. Despite having money, we cannot accomplish that, coz we lack vision. People brag about their 55 inch UHD TV's when all they play on their TV's is cable. Incoherency at its peak. Youth with resources and knowledge equal to the youth of the west, but no opportunity. Brimming and emboldened with a will to do something but can't, because the environment, the infrastructure, it's all incoherent. anyways mate, great question. People who question have stimulated minds and are really alive.
Being a Clinical Psychologist I would recommend the lady in first question to pls take her sil for clinical assessment that would help her tremendously.
For the girl whose sister in law is a slow learner. I would suggest you to get her diagnosed first, wether she has autism or not? Autism can be diagnosed at early age and has different types. It looks like she has a mild case which can get better with therapies. If she is not doing good at studies, be sure she is learning some skills so she can be independent. And I also want to appreciate you for your kindness towards her.
For the 1st questions :- They Are special kids , i know wo in normal life cheezo me tezz nahi hotay par wo Mostly Arts me bohat tezz hotay kunke mera friend bhi aisa hai , uska bhi math and Normal humor thing understand karne me Issue hota tha But his Sketching is next level .. or movie example for this Case " Taaray Zameen Par " .. so just find out whats her talent is and teach her through that ..
You're so right about walking. I like to listen to books while I walk and there's absolutely nowhere I can walk where I won't get mugged or watch out for traffic. I'm restricted to walking on my house's roof in the night. Walking is therapeutic and we are deprived of this healthy activity.
This is why we can't have good things in Pakistan; because good things aren't attracted to this country. Change for the best is impossible unless ego is removed out of the equation.
Creating support groups is the best way to go! This is such a great idea. We’ve seen this in movies but I actually never thought about the fact that we can create our own support group cause people going through the same thing understand you better. I love the fact that you are talking about these things. We neglect these things and never understand what a person might be going through. Thank you Junaid for sharing all this.
For the lady with learning functional disabilities/possibly autistic nand, if you get the time, please read The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night time by Mark Haddon. as'salam alaikum junaid bhai, as always lots of info shared in the video, keep up the great work you're doing. Just to mention to the desi viewer's that jumping red lights in Qatar will attract you a penalty of 6,000 riyals [1 lakh 20 thousand indian rupees]. Hey. For those who are interested At 50:08 the book Junaid is referring to is The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business. Also the company in the case is Target.
41:43 At Sharah-e-Faisal, direction towards Avari Towers, just after Crown Plaza and fuel pump, on the left there is a sign board showing 60 kph but it's hidden in trees. Also, right at Avari Tower's signal, a sign shows 50 kph. Driving towards Airport, there's another clear sign board showing 60 kph just before Lal Kothi. At sharah-e-faisal, there are 3 speed limits 50, 60 and 70 kph depending on the area. I remember they're at other places too but yes I agree there's not much talking road in Pakistan. Also, if you drive at that speed (50,60,70) on Sharah-e-Faisal, people behind you irritate you with horn, scary stares and indecent local slangs.
@Junaid Akram @50:55 the book you referring to is Power of Habit, In it there was a chapter how Target store predicts what you will need before you need it based on people buying habits.
am a clinical psychologist and I have seen people hiding or lying about mental problems for the sake of 'log kia kahen gy' ya 'log kia sochen gy'. khair other than that while opting this subject I was bullied by my relatives that people who study psychology become psycho. I am a very sensitive person and I have gone through this shit. so the word mental health itself is not accepted in our country. the people who study or the the ones who are ill both suffer here. and one thing instead of word deformity you can use word speciality it's a lot more humble word we use this word in our clinical settings :) lots of respect for you sir
11:00 There are some institutes that are working for children with special needs especially AUTISM and ADHD. SHAP (Speech and Hearing Association of Pakistan) is one of them. do check, hope you find it useful :)
Aur therapy mil bhi rahi hai toh woh bhi kafi expensive meaning majority kay reach say bahir. Iss tarhaan ki discussions encourage krni chahiye especially in pakistan jahaan kafi topics par khul kr baat krna ya advice daina ghalat aur ajeeb samjha jata hai. Keep up the good work Junaid bhai.
40:23 this is so relatable i remember i used to pray like 4 times with jammat when i was 11-13? and than some uncle jee ne zaleel kia and i still hesitate to go to that mosque ;-;
Salam. Mje puchna tha k bachon ko home schooling k lye acha material kaha se mily ga?ma Apne bachon ko riwayeti schools ma admit ni krana chahta or ma ne kuch videos dekhi thi practical base schools ka jo pakistan ma b kuch cities ma start hue hyn un k barey ma ager info mil jae to ...thanx in advance
I hope your family get well soon ... I don't know what it feel to have a family in other country but as a human i know it is very heart shattering for a father and husband when he can't see his family ... Allah apki family ko achi health and sukun ki life dey ... Ameen ❤️❤️
36:32 absolutely agree with that I tell you about our story that when we had to make a joint but the near street light was on and we used to fear that if the police comes they'll see the smoke and will easily recognize because the joints smoke is thicker than the normal cigarettes smoke so we used to turn off the street light first than do our thing for your information I am talking about D.HA Karachi where police patrols every 5 minute but didn't caught is in the act ever because we used to sit in the dark and they couldn't see us . But Alhamdulilah now don't do drugs anymore.
Assalamu alikum bhai I'm from india and I'm the older viewer of your channel and Pakistani and india Hyderabadi issues are same because same langauge same culture but different mentality and food, marriages, relationship issues and so on
Hi Junaid. As u were talking about crime environment u can take example of Bufferzone as back in time this place had most mobile robbers and council just put the street light and now there is hardy any things like that.
you're right my life has changed after your podcast, I learnt a lot from you , you gave enough motivation that I always take decision by listening your such an inspiring intellectual videos

For the lady with learning functional disabilities/possibly autistic nand, if you get the time, please read The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night time by Mark Haddon. @Junaid Akram @50:55 the book you referring to is Power of Habit, In it there was a chapter how Target store predicts what you will need before you need it based on people buying habits.
Totally agreeing with your reviews on 1st question ...we need more people to talk about this issue and not just talk but also work for this issue..
44:30 for details you can check **The Social Dilemma** & **The Age of A.I**

am a clinical psychologist and I have seen people hiding or lying about mental problems for the sake of 'log kia kahen gy' ya 'log kia sochen gy'. khair other than that while opting this subject I was bullied by my relatives that people who study psychology become psycho.
Thnx for audio podcast ❣️

36:32 absolutely agree with that I tell you about our story that when we had to make a joint but the near street light was on and we used to fear that if the police comes they'll see the smoke and will easily recognize because the joints smoke is thicker than the normal cigarettes smoke so we used to turn off the street light first than do our thing for your information I am talking about D.HA Karachi where police patrols every 5 minute but didn't caught is in the act ever because we used to sit in the dark and they couldn't see us . But Alhamdulilah now don't do drugs anymore.
This session is one the best.
40:45 plz plz I request you to make that podcast.thank you very much in advance
May Allah solve all your problems just like you are solving our problems...

Hi Junaid. As u were talking about crime environment u can take example of Bufferzone as back in time this place had most mobile robbers and council just put the street light and now there is hardy any things like that.
