I recently picked up this ladder and was just looking for a video to make sure I was collapsing it correctly. That hydraulic system, or whatever it is, is really slick. I've pinched my fingers a couple times pretty bad on similar ladders without that feature. Very cool! Thanks for the video!

Do they all the retraction feature because the one I bought doesn't slow down when I press the button, it comes straight down. I bought it on amazon do I need to buy the one that says ( A button)?

Correct, just the "A Button" models have this retraction feature.
