  • Water. We kind of need it. What's the best drinking water in the world. Today I'll compare the pros and cons to each water purification system, and which system I ended up buying for my home. Berkey vs distilled water vs reverse osmosis vs natural spring water that you collect yourself at a local spring.
Here's the Travel Berkey that I use for my home with the 2 flouride filters amzn.to/2pL1RiB There are bigger sizes available. That's an affiliate link, I'll make a small percentage from your purchase and it costs you no extra. Thanks for using it :)

Take it apart once a month and clean it with dish soap like you’re suppose to and dump the old water out when filling.

Reverse osmosis system isn’t that hard to install. And the filters cost like $70, replace about every 1-2 years depending on how often you use the system

I use distiller BUT I mix it with powdered plants to restore minerals and life force, it's a good combo.

We’ve owned our Berkey since 2011. Absolutely love it!!! We love to keep a little storage of water. So I don’t constantly have to fill it. We use the bottled water for cooking and the Berkey for drinking. You can buy the glass milk jugs, don’t toss away the cap keep it... and use them to store for cooking. We use the chocolate glass bottles for filling water and the red for the cooking! Best system ever for delicious water!

I've been drinking distilled water for years, I don't drink the 3 - 4 liters like they recommend I just drink maybe 2 3 glasses a day. I'm personally never really thirsty, maybe this is because I eat mostly fruits/veggies and drink herbal tea? Or maybe my body is just great at staying hydrated. Although when I was eating gluten I was always frikken thirsty!

Just the video I was looking for, and automatic sub for answering the question right off the bat, unlike other videos that take forever to get to the point, or never even answer the question at all!

I drive 4 hours to hot springs AR and go to the natural public springs to fill up large water containers that last me about 6 months at a time. Well worth it. Best water I’ve ever had.
