    As a person who owns a business, I have full respect towards him and I’m also learning a lot too. I would very much prefer staying in a place that is managed like this.

    No customer or guest want to stay in a dirty hotel room. The boss is doing a good job in picking the things the staff don't notice. All the small things matter in order not to damage the hotel reviews and lose sales and hotel guests.

      anyone who thinks like this stays at hotels regularly, we work, we take our kids, cleanliness is number one no excuses. that manager "ive been working on plenty of five star hotels" it dont mean a thing if you cant do the most basic important things, if you did so well you wouldve still been on that five star hotels you mentioned, the reality is you work for your current boss, and all in i agree, clean rooms is basic, if i see such a responsible owner like this i wanna stay at that hotel.

    Some are getting intimidated how he is. But that’s how the Boss should be. So staff knows what are their mistakes and shortcomings. The Boss only pinpoints what are not good and need to work harder. That’s how business is

    This show people making fun of inspection will be the same person to complain if they find hair in hotel rooms 😂 this boss is doing great work👍 No body will like to visit dirty hotel with bad food. Work is work after all.

    Tbh, i applaud him that he a hands on ceo in a service industry as it is important expecially in today day and age like two or 3 bad comments can bring down your business

    He's good, though. It is his business (hotel) to check all those basic things. PEOPLE will rate the services and all ..then people that are looking for a hotel to stay check the ratings and feedback . Who would like to stay in a dirty hotel when you pay for it ..

    He should hire people that is attention in detail and goal oriented. That will think 10times ahead of him. The staff should experience different hotels as well so they will reflect on it. My opinion only who love to staycation 😂😂😂

    The greatest way to make an improvement in hotel cleaning is to have a checklist that would take you around without forgetting anything. Then have someone to do the final check as its easier for another's eye to see if something was not done properly. Then it would be a lot easier for them to complete a clean and properly done room.

    Don’t like how the ones in panel is handling something serious. Yes we all can laugh but telling that chef that you are planning to start a restaurant is too mean, then it means you all want to go free on his hotels. I think he is doing a good job being strict with his employees, it’s his company and his future he should be strict in order for the hotel to be thriving!

    I get that we need to pay detailed attention to the things he pointed out. But I do hope the workers are being paid fairly to the amount of work and demand they are required to meet.

    Is this really korea culture where they bow the upper mgmnt in front of the lobby? Im really curious when watching the k drama. They all show like this. In our place, we dont really care if our top mgmnt comes in our office. They go in and out like other workers.

    Salute to this CEO, as a boss you must be a bit ‘dictator’ to your employees. His workers more than hundred, a tiny mistake (even if not accumulate) it can be fatal to the business. Even small business with workers, do meeting and inspection, especially bigger company? As said worker work to earn money for themself, boss work for all of them included themselves(win-win situation) and this about more than 50% happened around country. You worked in high standard places, you had to give more high service than regular, why bosses hired you if you don’t have enough value/dedicate your work to the company.
