    Really love these real time walks to Disneyland. For those of us that don’t get to Disneyland often it gives us such a great perspective how close good neighbor hotels are 😀

      Agreed! We are shocked there aren't more like this at Disney World. When we went in December, we were trying to get to DHS early enough to get a Rise Boarding group. Between buses and Ubers we were debating which was the best way to get there from Coronado Springs, then the boarding group process changed to 7am. We had a heck of a time finding walking videos from the different resorts.

      @@AnaheimParkTourist we may have to take your advice and do some of those then if you don’t mind us piggy backing off your idea 😁

      I think this is a great idea for you and feel free to take it. We have a number of different ideas for WDW, because we are just newbies there and we feel there isn't enough coverage on these items. Due to expense, we can't get there to do this stuff. We use a GoPro Hero 9 with the Max Lens mod. It gives a huge view of the area and has horizon lock which keeps the video level. I am more than happy to share those ideas with you.

      We do walk a bit fast but I think Google over estimates the time too. I can’t remember if we filmed all the way to the gates on this video but if we didn’t you can add a couple more minutes onto the time. Thanks for watching

    Hey guys! I love your channel so much! We decided on our trip dates and hotel just from watching your videos - your channel is so very helpful!!! Thank you! …
    We wanted to ask you if you had any input on our trip schedule or if you have any videos about that topic. Right now our schedule is:
    Arrive
    Day 1: Disneyland
    Day 2: California adventure
    Day 3: universal studios
    Day 4: California adventure
    Day: 5 Disneyland
    Home.
    The reason why we made so many Disneyland days is that Disneyland is the purpose of our trip.
    Some people I’ve told say this is way too much on our schedule and we will be exhausted. Some people say go to Universal Studios first… not in the middle.
    Are we overdoing it? Should we make a day for a beach / rest day? Or do you think 4 days at Disneyland will mean we can take it easy there and not be in a rush (and therefore it won’t be exhausting)

    • @AnaheimParkTourist
      @AnaheimParkTourist  2 года назад +1

      Thank you for the wonderful compliments! You made our day. ☺️ To help answer your questions, we are going to ask you some questions! Do you go to the parks all day from opening until closing? Or do you take mid day breaks? Or sleep in? Are you driving from Anaheim to Universal or are you using ride share? And lastly, are you flying in from out of state with a time difference? We are actually on our way to Disneyland right now!
      Without knowing how you tour the parks, we think that two days for each park is plenty of time to get what you want done. We would prioritize what you really want to do (attractions and restaurants) and try to get those done the first day. Then the second day, you can do the items lower on your priorities list and add in anything you want to do again that you really liked from your first day. We usually all have a couple of attractions we really want to try to ride. We focus on those first and then go from there.
      As for Universal, we both have not been there in years! It looks so different and much more fun now! Have a great time. I would plan for extra time for traffic going there and coming back.
      When we went to Disney World, the 3 hour time difference really affected us. We were grateful to have a rest day planned mid week. If you plan to go to Universal, maybe make a back up plan to spend not quite as much time there? Or make it a slower day. You can also consider going into California Adventure a bit later in the morning the next day after Universal too. That way you can get some extra rest!
      Thank you so much for watching and please reach out if you have any other questions!!

      @@AnaheimParkTourist thanks so much for your reply!! We are flying in from Vancouver Canada and staying at the Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn (we chose from your videos!)
      I really like your idea of getting everything we want to do on the first day and then relaxing on the second days we have at the park! Thanks so much!
      After some thought, it’s very possible that we will be skipping out of universal studios and doing a beach day instead, and going to medieval times restaurant in Anaheim as that would be fun too! I just heard reviews that in comparison to Disneyland, Universal Studios wasn’t very organized and the rides weren’t as good. Decisions decisions lol

    • @AnaheimParkTourist
      @AnaheimParkTourist  2 года назад +1

      @@nataliea.8841 I wish we could help more with Universal, but we haven’t been in so long! One thing we did want to mention is if you decide to go to Universal, you might want to consider a split stay since it will take quite awhile to get to Universal from Anaheim. We have thought about going to Universal at some point and were looking into hotels close to that park to make it a bit easier. Also, not sure if you heard but Universal is now requiring proof of vaccine or a negative covid test to enter. (Not sure how long they will require that, but wanted to let you know)
      We love to hit all of our favorite attractions at the parks but we also love to take the time to sit and relax and enjoy a treat and take in the atmosphere too. I think you’ll have plenty of time to do all of those things in two days at each park.
      Have so much fun and please reach out if you have any other questions!
