Love your passion for Kurt’s guitars. And I learn so much about guitars in general as well. You really surprised and impressed me with that Little Wing riff. Nirvana and Hendrix changed my world when I listened to them for the first time. And I think both bands are siblings when it comes to guitar sounds.

the neck in the vms strat looks to be a pau ferro fingerboard but no clue i havent done my research and its a great video. Greater that you could unite these two guitars!

Seeing the actual VMA strat just made me realize how freakin weird the lefty fenders are. Like the headstock only says fender on it, no Stratocaster or anything else. And the color of the fingerboard is like bright rosewood. I’d love to see someone actually recreate a left handed strat but for a righty player and vice versa

Ive been thinking about the hot rails pickup since I did my own replica months ago, I always thought his was a neck hot rails pickup because of the reasons in your video, but there was also a case for a SHR-1neck hot rail along with his teen spirit mustang that supposedly was just random, could it be that it belonged to this guitar instead?

This has no link to this video but what tuning is smells like teen Spirit in because I was watching them at paramount in 1991 to try recreate tone and kurt played it after switching to the vandalism strat which is what he played r8 me and about a girl on these are both half step down was teen spirit also half step down whilst live?

As a left handed player, I wish i could rebuild builds like this. But it's so much money, like i'm trying to acquire a fender neck for my vandalism build because i'm eager to have a 1 to 1 build of kurt's. But for a fender neck with the two different wood colors for the neck and fretboard, it costs me 100 dollars.
