Yes - there is symmetry here. You use the right gracilis to rotate the trail lower leg under the body as you are coming into impact as opposed to using the other hip rotate muscles and it will help maintain the proper depth of the hips through impact and maintain posture coming into the ball. Move the right knee out to the ball on the downswing and you lose posture just like moving the left knee out to the ball on the backswing you lose posture. Sounds like a good idea for another video......
When I start turning my leading shoulder during the takeaway, I move forward (head, knee) Not sure what I need to do. Maybe one piece takeaway without move forward? Any suggestion. Thanks.
Yes - we noticed that on the post filming production! We said the EXACT same thing. Will try to have better wardrobe coordination! Thanks for watching.
Great video once again...
Glad you enjoyed it! Really helps our students.
Very helpful. 👍
Beauty, can one have the same thought with the trail knee trying to get under lead leg on downswing to keep hip depth?

183 yard pitching wedge (what the swing monitor video had on top).
Nate has a lot of club head speed.
Black trousers against a black backdrop is not the best idea.
