I think NMIXX is finding their sound. I think alot of people wrote them off too quickly from their first few releases, but Love Me Like This is such a fun song. JYP is known for making excellent girl groups.

Lily is probably THE vocal powerhouse of 4th gen. But so many amazing vocals in this group. The girl you pointed out in the end is Sullyoon. But Haewon harmonizes with Lily a lot too. And Bae’s vocals should not be slept on either.

The one singing at the end is Sullyoon. She is considered to be the best vocalist technique wise in the group after Lily and Haewon and she has one of my favourite voice colourinfs the 4th gen.

NMIXX was my first debut group. I saw them and met them at KCON last year. They have only gotten better and have and will always have a very special place in my heart.
I am 100% going to their showcase in Atlanta, i just wish i had someone to go with me. Sharing this love of music is always so much better with someone else.
You should also definitely check out their Stage Practice for this song. Their vocals are completeley raw and they are doing the entire choreography aswell. Honestly the most impressive practice video I have ever seen.

Ppl have been hot and cold with their last couple of tracks (I loved them) but I think this one if bringing more ppl around to them. Personally I think they have incredible vocals and the strongest singer among 4th gen in Lily. Haewon and Sullyoon absolutely EAT as well. I hope you check out their EP Expergo. It's a solid first project from them.

nmixx are so young (born 2002-2006) and had a very rocky start with lots of hate but i feel this recent trilogy of releases was necessary for them to establish their place in the industry. im so happy young dumb stupid (the pre-release for this) and this song had people finally understanding that their sound is very experimental ! they're some of the most talented 4th gen idols and i can't wait to see what they do next - they have so much time and potential to grow :)
Just heads up you might be confused when you the watch their previous mv's and stage performances because they are 7, unfortunately jinni left nmixx couple months ago so therefore they are only 6 now. Either way support NMIXX.
You already know Lily, Sullyoon is the one with the skirt pants at the end singing with lily, Jiwoo my queen is the rapper (I think its pretty easy to tell just by saying that cus her voice so), Haewon is the one who sang before lily in the bridge shes the leader and Kyujin is the one who sang before haewon in the bridge she's the maknae. Bae is the one who opened the fridge with the pink fur at the beginning. Jinni is their former member she trained for 6 years but ended up abruptly leaving the group in December under suspicious circumstances (jyp said it was for personal reasons but a lot of people suspect she was actually removed from the group because only a week before the announcement she had talked about how excited she was for the future of nmixx this is really similar to when a member of stray kids left) she was the best dancer in the group along with kyujin and was basically an allrounder it feels like a big part of them was lost when she left I think the concept change has kind of made her absence less noticeable which im honestly glad about bcus im still heartbroken over it. She literally yesterday broke the fandom by finally opening an Instagram account. If it was her own choice im just happy shes living her best life but if she was actually taken out of the group I really feel bad for her bcus she was a well known trainee who really trained her whole childhood
They just released a stage practice (live dance and vocal) for this that is too insane for words. If you guys are really ambitious in your deep dive you need to go back to when JYP found Lilly when she was a little baby 8 years ago in the show "K-Pop Star". Plenty of her vocal performances on that show to check out.
yo I can't say if deepdiving to nmixx is a good choice or not because you'll be in more pain after hearing all their voices. I also recommend all their covers from their pre debut, their recorded covers and their LIVE performances. I can say this everytime. NMIXX has the most powerful vocals in 4th gen

Nmixx has such good vocals like literally each of them can sing. In their past songs (which are a bit controversial in the kpop community) their vocals and jiwoo's rap werent showcased as good so I literally love this era😍Their first 2 title tracks arent really something a lot of people like which is ok its those type of songs where its really the type of person you are in order to like it. They had predebut content so when they debut with the music they had it was kind of a let down for a lot of people and felt like jyp was wasting their talents and potentional I think a lot of people felt like they deserved better. While some did like "mixxpop" it's like a big chunk of kpop stans see their as a bit of a joke. They always really shined in covers which I think made a lot of people respect them a bit more like I know of a lot of fans (myself included) who have stanned them but dont really like their music so I'm theres finally a song of their own people will be able to appreciate (other then funky glitter christmas cus that song was a slayer for many this past december). I know theres going to be fans who are upset about the difference between this comeback and previous ones but if we're being honest the concept they were given altho I dont think the music was terrible it just really wasnt working the general public in korea dont care much about nmixx and they are really falling behind past jyp girl groups in terms of success in popularity bcus yes they are a known group but they are really not in league with the other big 3 girl groups of the 4th gen like leserrafim, new jeans, aespa and im sure soon babymonster especially with smaller company groups doing really well lately they are kind of in the background. But yeah jyp and nmixx needed this concept besides it fits them and they slay it. I genuinely hope some fans dissapointment wont bring them back to mixxtopia next comeback bcus I really like the direction theyre going in
